Help me

I come to request your help, a user reported my image for absurd reasons telling me that I am from Central America and that the church in the center of the image is not from Mexico, the church belongs to the cathedral of the municipality of San Cristóbal de las Casas in Chiapas, México, This user's complaint is absurd and full of lies, and it is not a crime to be from Central America https://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/File:Chiapas_montaje.jpg --Aurelio de Sandoval (talk)

  • I have noticed File:Reza Abbaszadeh Entrepreneur.jpg has been removed because of copyright of londondailypost.com/reza-abbaszadeh-is-expanding-his-multi-million-entrepreneurial-empire-in-europe/ . But This photo is not the copytight of Londondailypost. This Photo is a picture of mr Reza Abbaszadeh as you can find it here: https://rezaabbaszadeh.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/vojq4t5b.jpg . He does own and reserved the copyright and i have a persmission from him to publish this photo in Wiki Commons.     • @lymantria No I am telling that the copyright owner of this photo is this website : rezaabbaszadeh.com And Londondailypost just used that photo with the permission of the main website. So the copyright owner is still https://rezaabbaszadeh.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/vojq4t5b.jpg. Londondaily just has a simple permisson to use it but still copyright owner researved all the rights.       • Yes, I am aware that the copyright primarily is held by the photographer, not by the subject of photograph. I will release the picture and mark it as permission needed. Not when a photographer is hired to take a photo. Just to be clear the photographer of this photo is also not londondailypost. Is someone else called CINAMALEKI, And if you even wanted to give the right to photographer, you should have given to him not LONDONDAILYPOST. I think this is my error

Hi, Lymantria - File:Ireedui Gantogtokh.jpg was deleted for no permissions tag but that may have been my fault. I thought I added the tag but it appears I didn't for ticket#2021052410008327 - can you please restore the image, and I will tag it properly this time? @Gpkp: @Lymantria: File:Rashid Latif (1).jpg, File:Umer Khan (1).jpg & File:Umer Khan (2).jpg have no copyright issues as i've checked the copyright status of these files as they are screenshots of Rashid Latif's and Umer Khan's particular interviews to BBC Urdu except these all of the screenshots of Pakistani cricketers which I've nominated as copyvios are the Getty's press images shown by BBC Urdu as courtesty in the videos. @Contributers2020: ; Just a friendly note here. Its not ok to force any user to do anything here in Commons or in Wiki, as because this is not a place where we get paid for any work. A user has a right/flag means they have gained eligibility to carry out that work, but it dosent mean that they can be forced to do it. If a user isn't active with thier flag/right, then they might loose their right by an admin after few years of inactivity, but that dosen't mean they are in a strict commitment in any way to carry on with that work.
In many cases I've seen reviewers/admins do not even mind to reply in their talkpages in Wiki and Commons, meanwhile Lymantria clearly mentioned that they need some time to review files, what it means to us is its appropriate to be in patience and to respect their time. Dear Admin Lymantria, The flickr license on the korea.net government website source now has a NC restriction but can a reviewer still pass this image since it has a {{Korea.net}} tag which implies OTRS permission from the goverment of South Korea? All the new images from the korea.net flickr account now has a NC restriction.

Deleting two images

There is a user called LosMadriles whose two pictures (this- File:Los_Baños_de_la_Marrana,_Cabo_Tiñoso_y_la_isla_(2006)_-_(No_watermarks).jpg and this-File:Iglesia_de_Isla_Plana_restaurada_(2008)_-_(No_watermarks).jpg) is something he needs to be speedily speedy deleted because he want to use the images in a book and I wanted to tell you that the problem is with the publisher of my book. I wanted to add these photos to my book because they are special to me, but if they are on Wikipedia, the publisher will not let me use them. (A quote from his mail). Can you please delete it. Hello @Lymantria, I am LosMadriles, the user who uploaded the photos to contribute to the project. First of all, thank you both for your work and create this educational space. Secondly, I would ask you to delete the photos as a courtesy. I'd like to use those photos for a book I'm writing about the area (I want one of them to be the cover for what it means for me), but the publisher of my book is prohibited from using photos posted on Wikipedia.

They are special photos for me and I can't travel back in time to take other photos like them. I would also like you to note that, I uploaded a third photo that is still available for the project on Wikimedia Commons. For these reasons I request the deletion of the photos that I uploaded. Thank you very much for your time and effort. Specially to @Contributers2020.
