Zagwe Map[edit]

I noticed you made a map for the Zagwe dynasty in Ethiopia. I wanted to make another map of the region based off of your map but I've never done this before and am new to wikimedia as a whole. Sorry for the late reply. I want to know what programs or tools I need to download to create a map. Want to create a map like https://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Menelik_II_conquests_map.svg of Ethiopian imperial expansion during the reign of Amde Seyon I similar to this. Basically I want to clean this map (https://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Ethiopia_1500.svg#mw-jump-to-license) up a bit and put your Zagwe borders inside it. Thank you for the response. @ZKDemelash: Try Gimp, it's a free software that lets you edit images, kinda like Photoshop: Gimp You can easily use it to clean the map and insert the new borders. LeGabrie (talk) 11:40, 27 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
