Si (ovviamente ci sono eccezioni, ma sono da valutare con attenzione, si tratta generalmente di fotografie che hanno almeno 100 anni). Una regola d'oro è caricare solo fotografie di cui siamo autori. No, nessuna multa (almeno da parte di Commons). Però ci sono ancora molti file che hai caricato che non sono stati cancellati: sono violazioni di copyright anche quelle? Innanzitutto, non farti prendere dal panico, basta essere chiari nel dire le cose e tutto si sistema :) Non voglio essere esagerato, ma neanche riduttivo, io ti dico le cose come stanno: le violazioni di copyright sono un reato amministrativo (credo anche penale se viene fatto un uso commerciale, ma non è il nostro caso), quindi, se l'autore della fotografia che hai copiato fa una denuncia, potrebbe esserci una multa (non voglio spaventarti né essere esagerato, però nemmeno riduttivo, ti dico le cose più o meno come stanno, per quello che so io). E' una cosa che non succede mai e, a quanto ne so, non è mai successa, ma noi dobbiamo essere prudenti ed evitare ogni problema. Ogni volta che carichi un file o fai una modifica su Wikipedia, rimane registrato il tuo indirizzo IP e quindi la polizia postale (e solo lei) può risalire a quale computer appartiene quell'IP. Quindi, cerchiamo di capire se hai fatto o no violazioni di copyright (nel dubbio, cancelliamo, non si sa mai ;)
Sono immagini mie nel senso che sono tutte immagini (tranne una in cui è indicata la licenza) che sono state modificate da me e che si presentato differenti da quelle originali. In questo caso hai fatto probabilmente delle violazioni di copyright: hai fatto un'opera derivata non autorizzata, ovvero hai modificato una foto senza il permesso dell'autore. Le immagini originali che hai modificato dove si trovavano? Così su internet? Se si, è probabile che fossero protette da copyright e quindi non modificabili senza il permesso dell'autore. Si, va bene; ho aggiunto anche la GFDL perché l'immagine di base, quella da cui sei partito per "costruire" la nuova immagine, era in GFDL (licenza che impone di mantenere la stessa licenza per le opere derivate). Ciao--Trixt (talk) 21:07, 7 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Se non hai creato tu questo file allora dovrai spiegare come mai avremmo il diritto di usarlo su Wikimedia Commons (vedi i tag per l'attribuzione del copyright sotto). Se non hai creato tu il file allora dovrai inoltre specificare dove l'hai trovato; se per esempio l'hai preso da un sito web, dovrai indicare il link del sito da dove l'hai prelevato e i termini d'uso di quel file. Se il contenuto è un'opera derivata o è un lavoro protetto da copyright, dovrai mettere il nome dell'autore e anche la licenza originale.
