Goodies, tips, and tricks Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities. You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads. Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Twice Upload

Yes, but you must use two different names, otherwise it's never possible to use the first photo. --K@rl (talk) 07:20, 20 January 2014 (UTC)

Ok, I understand. It seems a little old fashioned and reminiscent of DOS 3.0, but I'll make sure I give similar photos different sames in the future. Thanks for the tip. -Kiwiev

Categorization

Hello Kiwiev, I saw some photos from Slavín v Bratislave. Please be so kind, and give the photos of Slávin directly in the true category, it is Category:Slavín v Bratislave - otherwise many wor much be spent for other people. thank you and regards from Vienna K@rl (talk) 20:02, 24 February 2014 (UTC)

And once more, I don't know if you are informed about e.g. sk:Zoznam_kultúrnych_pamiatok_v_okrese_Bratislava_I_(S) or sk:Zoznam kultúrnych pamiatok na Slovensku generally. for each monument you can find an ID. It would be fine, if you can add with upload with the template pusr like File:Malacky 8713.jpg. It's not a must be but it would be helpfull too. regards K@rl (talk) 14:03, 25 February 2014 (UTC)
