Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Wiki Loves Earth international round (request for a better quality)

Hi, @Kirkamon: ! Congratulations with getting to the top-10 of Wiki Loves Earth in Philippines!

We are starting the evaluation on the international level and soon we'll choose top-15 photos of Wiki Loves Earth 2020. Photos taking part in this round should have at least 2Mpx. Could you please upload your photo in better resolution?

We kindly ask you to do it as soon as possible (till October 5th maximum), if you do not have a file in a better resolution or cannot do it within this timeframe, your photo, unfortunately, will be disqualified from this round.

Location?

Hi Kirkamon - many thanks for adding your excellent photos to Commons! With a country as varied as the Philippines, the location where they were taken is very important, to help identify subspecies, etc. Could you add some details about where you took them, please? Which island; which part of which island for the larger islands like Luzon or Mindanao. Thanks! - MPF (talk) 10:14, 26 May 2021 (UTC)

Many thanks for adding the locations! I'll add some categories when I have the time. One correction: File:MARSH SANDPIPER.jpg is a Greenshank (Tringa nebularia), not a Marsh Sandpiper (T. stagnatilis), note the thick-based bill. I can rename it tomorrow. Wiki Loves Earth national round (request for image descriptions)

Thanks for your amazing entries in Wiki Loves Earth 2023 in the Philippines!

We are starting the evaluation on the national level and soon we will choose the top 15 photos of WLE PH 2023. Could you please provide an information where the photograph was taken in the description?
