- Thanks for your answer! Yes, after sending you the message I checked the Royal House website and indeed they have the grenade in green. But it’s odd, I have been checking pictures online of the use of Juan Carlos’ coat of arm in real life, and in all -or most- cases the grenade is yellow. So I believe whoever made the design for the website made a mistake, as only the leafs should be green. 139.47.75.3 07:46, 4 May 2023 (UTC)
Juan Carlos of Spain Green Pomegranate[edit]
Thank you very much for the warning, it is common to make mistakes. I've been checking this issue. During the reign of Juan Carlos, no attention was paid to the color of the pomegranate because, as you have said, it was described in the decree as A pomegranate in its natural color . On many occasions, due to the influence of the coat of arms used by the government, the grenade was not green, but in the version offered on the official website of the Spanish monarchy it did have that color. Arms of King Juan Carlos official Royal House website. Thanks so much --Heralder (talk) 07:15, 4 May 2023 (UTC)
- Sorry, I just realized I was answering when I was not logged in.
- So, again, after writing you I realized in the Royal House website the pomegranate is green. But I've checked online and it seems in real life the pomegranate was in all cases -or most- yellow. Example: https://images.ecestaticos.com/kThnOTUm_oeUSZYeI7yTB4dWHks=/1x543:4999x2794/992x445/filters:fill(white):format(jpg)/f.elconfidencial.com%2Foriginal%2F2a2%2F4c9%2F013%2F2a24c90138859d87eba7a18caadb1043.jpg
- I think whoever did the design for the website made a mistake that has never been corrected. As we see in pretty much any other coat of arms, the natural color should be yellow.
- Anyway, great work! I love it. Khalast (talk) 07:53, 4 May 2023 (UTC)
