Thank you for giving us a warning message. Due to the image file of the satellite receiver device that I uploaded, you may not add the Copyvio tag. Even though you are sure that the file I uploaded came from the internet and contained copyright, are you really sure that the photo I shared is at all copyrighted? I have confirmed with the owner of the photo and he said that I can share the image with anyone, including Wikipedia to illustrate the product in the article. The images I share have received permission from the owner and you are prohibited from adding the Copyvio tag, because the image is not copyrighted.

Hi, as of today nearly every image is copyrighted, with few exceptions. If you upload an image, which has not originally been taken/shot by yourself, you cannot write "own" into the source-entry, as that would be a lie. Instead, you have to provide the proper source, so that our patrolers can evaluate whether it is indeed under the claimed free license, as required by our policy COM:L. By the way, a permission "to share" is not sufficient. Our policy requires that the legitimate rights-owner, i.e. the photographer, allows others to re-use the image, even commercially, and to create derivatives of it. This is far more than just "sharing". If a rights-owner is willing to give such a permission, our policy requires that he confirms said permission in writing directly to permissions-commons@wikimedia. org (OTRS), in order that there is a legally valid document of the rights release. --Túrelio (talk) 14:26, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Can I recover deleted files?
I have confirmed with the owner of the photo, especially the person who sells the product so that the photo can be shared. If I already have permission, you as the watchdog of Wikipedia have no right to delete the photos I uploaded.

Why do you want to remove the Berita RTM television station logo? Even though I have included the source from a live television broadcast, and I took the logo from a terrestrial digital television broadcast in Malaysia (DVB-T2). I recorded the Berita RTM broadcast, then I cut and edited the Berita RTM television station logo to remove the background.

I only deleted the tags on the TVRI Kepulauan Riau and Polri TV logos, because both logos were created by the Indonesian government and their status is in the public domain. The Indonesian government's logo, which has public domain status, does not include copyright restrictions based on Article 43 of Law Number 28 of 2014. The act of adding the Copyvio tag to a public domain logo is ridiculous and stupid. You are one of the Wikipedia administrators who carelessly adds the Copyvio tag to copyright-free or public domain images. This logo is classified as public domain because the text and logo are simple, it is inappropriate for a public domain logo to be tagged Copyvio because it is not a copyright violation.

This account is suspended forever[edit]

It is currently inactive forever due to being blocked by Wikipedia admins on behalf of User:Elcobbola, citing misuse of multiple accounts and accusations of uploading copyrighted images on Wikimedia Commons.

I'm the owner of the old account Jungan1104 stated that I was forced to create a new account because the old Wikipedia account was blocked for allegedly uploading copyrighted images (even though the owner of the image has allowed the image to be shared freely, or images that are public domain).

In anticipation of this incident, I decided to create a new account called User:Jungan Pratama. And I thank User:Elcobbola who has blocked my old account because of a wrong action, I say the word curses:
