Hi John feather; I wonder if it is necessary to move the species gallery pages out of Anatidae and into the genus categories? It seems to me that the family is not yet so cluttered that it is hard to find the species and I think it is nice to have them all in one category.[1] Best wishes, Wsiegmund 19:32, 19 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wikiproject Birds

[edit]

I notice you've made significant contributions in the area of birds, so this is just a note to let you know that I have started a wiki-project birds :-) --Tony Wills 23:11, 14 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Might be a while until I hear back from you, so please reply on my talk page, but did you intend this to be synonymous with 'birds of prey' (rather than, say, diurnal birds of prey)? I ask because I've created redirects from Category:Raptors and Category:Birds of prey in flight. Richard001 (talk) 08:20, 12 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sialia currucoides has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this gallery, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!
