@Glrx: Because I saw a in a recent edit of your userpage "Commons does not allow uploading SVG that uses the xhtml namespace".
FYI User:JoKalliauer/IllegalSVGPattern declares that xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" is a not allowed pattern.
