Les photo de la chapelle Notre-Dame de Cambron.

Je vous remercie pour les modifications que vous avez faites sur les photos relatives à la chapelle Notre-Dame de Cambron. Elles font, effectivement, partie du patrimoine d'Estinnes. J'admire aussi votre rapidité en la matière.

Par contre, je ne comprends pas pourquoi vous avez enlevé la catégorie "Wiki Loves Monuments Belgium 2016" (peut-être à cause de la piètre qualité de ses dernières qui ont été prises sous un éclairage fort ingrat) et ajouté la catégorie "Nivelles" à la chapelle sous la neige.

Marthe Massin

Bonjour. Je fais appel à tes lumières : Commons à un portrait de Marthe Massin par Auguste Donnay (1862-1921). J'ai trouvé une version de meilleure qualité de cette œuvre, mais le site des Archives et musée de la littérature précise que « Les images fournies ne peuvent être copiées pour des raisons de copyright ». @Lykos : Il y a en effet appropriation du domaine public par le musée, qui tente de réclamer du droit d'auteur pour l'acte technique photographie.

Cependant, un tribunal français a reconnu à un photographe du droit d'auteur sur des photographies de tableaux (qui n'étaient pas encore dans le domaine public, mais soit), celui-ci arguant avoir choisi avec soin l'éclairage et les angles de prises de vue, et ce faisant, justifiant ainsi d'une œuvre de l'esprit.

Indépendamment de ce jugement, la position de la WMF et de Commons est claire comme de l'eau de roche : nous considérons que toute reproduction d'une œuvre 2D dans le domaine public est aussi dans le domaine public.

Mes photos ne sont pas libre de droit mais sont sous licence CC BY-SA 4.0 comme indiqué dans le paragraphe "Conditions d'utilisation" de chacune d'elles. The illustrations of the event (Category:Belgian strike of 1886) are most likely just a part of the magazine so IMO the magazine belongs to the French category. And the strike did actually happen already in March but was reported in the French magazine in April. Atelier Maison Losseau et ateliers photos

Bonjour Jmh2o :)

Je te contacte parce que tu fais partie des contributeurs habitant en Belgique tout en étant également francophone.

En collaboration avec Wikimédia Belgique, la maison Losseau de Mons va organiser des ateliers photo au mois d'octobre, pour importer sur Commons des images de leur patrimoine immobilier (il s'agit d'une maison dont l'architecture est de style art nouveau) comme mobilier (pièces, médailles, photo, archives, ouvrages...). Ces ateliers seront étalés sur le mois d'octobre : samedi 6 octobre pour la visite guidée de la maison Losseau, et samedis 13 et 20 octobre en après-midi pour les ateliers couplant photographie et Commons. Le public sera peut nombreux (une dizaine de personnes, sur inscription durant le mois de septembre) et composé de photographes débutants et amateurs, qui seront invités à téléverser leurs images sur Commons pour participer au concours Wiki Loves Heritage).

Pour animer ces ateliers avec moi et notamment la partie photo, je recherche un ou plusieurs bénévoles pour former et/ou encadrer nos participant(e)s. Si en plus tu as des compétences spécifiques en photographie muséale, ce serait un plus :). Pour ma part, je serai présente aux deux ateliers et je devrais assurer la partie Commons avec l'introduction aux licences libres et aux droits d'auteurs.

Si tu es intéressé pour donner un coup de main, n'hésite pas à me contacter via ma page de discussion ou par mail ! De même si tu as des questions à propos de ces ateliers :)
