Why are you blocking me?

@Sp00n exe: I am not blocking you, I do not have permission to do that on this wiki. Do you have permission from the photographer to upload File:SamHydePortrait.png with a license free enough for us? Unable to load Commons images

Hi Jeff,

I'm still having no luck viewing images on Commons. You kindly answered my query on the Help Desk on 1 November, but still the images are not being displayed. Look at File:Commons - no images.png, this is what I get with all images on Commons (I cannot see this image, but I have been able to upload it). Can you help??? (P.S. please instantly delete File:Commons - no images.png when you see it, thanks). SethWhales ^talk 10:54, 5 November 2017 (UTC)

This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. @Jeff G.: Sorry for the delay, sometimes I just can't get onto Commons at all. To answer your question. When I ckick on https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/b1/Commons_-_no_images.png I see a black logo of Wikimedia and the text
