Croping the image

I would appreciate if you help me to crop my image. I am the beginner in Corel Draw, so I don't know how to do it. Every help would be useful. Regards, Alex discussion 21:26, 1 September 2011 (UTC)

Une Napolitaine, une !

Petite veinarde !

Inv. MC 1201. Auteur du cliché : Jastrow, 2006)

Iznik pottery

Hi Marie-Lan, I have a long term project to improve the English Wikipedia article on Iznik pottery. Many of the Iznik ceramics are very beautiful. I've taken some photos in the British Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum which both have fantastic collections but photography is often very difficult. I'm not allowed to use a tripod which is frustrating as the lighting is extremely poor - particularly in the V&A. I've only a small sensor camera but even with a better camera the uneven lighting in the V&A would create problems. I see that you've taken some beautiful photos of objects in the Louvre. Although there are quite a few pictures on Commons – many are of low quality (including my own). My plan is to have pictures in the article showing the development of the different styles. On your next visit to the Louvre I would be very grateful if could you see whether it is possible to take photos of any of the following:

A Miletus ware bowl, another Miletus ware bowl, an early tile – similar to those in mausolée de Shezade Mahmud à Brousse, an early plate

And any other object that it well placed to photograph – such as this or this

Many thanks Aa77zz (talk) 21:29, 26 September 2011 (UTC)
