Diannaa What I could recall is that the File was already on the german WP-article: [1] so I just downloaded it and used it on the en-Upload.
You must be mistaken, as this logo is not present on the German version of the article. We already have one non-free logo in the article, and normally we limit ourselves to one non-free image. -- Diannaa (talk) 16:09, 11 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
: Diannaa you're right. Actually this is the logo of the label and not the organization (there the source was from the german WP-article. I'm currently editing a draft to separate the EVU and the label, can the logo stay until the draft is reviewed to be published? --Huggi (talk) 16:47, 11 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
If you plan on keeping the image as a non-free logo, it should not be on the Commons. Please re-upload it (on en.wiki as a non-free file) once the article is in main space on en.wiki. Diannaa I have support@peeringdb.com as contact, is there a specific template they can file in to confirm that it's okay to use it, I used a Screenshot on my own computer/image capturing tool.
Most screen shots are copyright and cannot be uploaded here. If the uploader wishes to release the image under license, they need to send an email with a copy of a written permission to the OTRS team at permissions-commons@wikimedia.org.
