Your deletion request[edit]
Please put this webpage Commons:Deletion requests/File:US Navy 110902-N-BT887-049 Airman Logan Grady secures the tail of an MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter aboard USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74).jpg on your watchlist to see the discussion. Ww2censor (talk) 00:59, 4 December 2017 (UTC)
- Firstly Logan, thanks for your service. All discussion concerning this deletion takes place on that page and the closing admin is highly unlikely to either look here or on my talk page, so go ahead and say what you want there. A rename will probably work out fine as I have supported for this and other similar US military requests but you must remember that these images are US government work which are in the public domain and both they and anyone else can use them as they like without exception. The only way to avoid such photos of yourself would be to not be in the US military but that is a different matter completely. I wonder whether they make you sign a release from of some sort when you join up, but that would likely be in the small print which most people don't even read. Also please sign all your non-article posts with four tildes, like this ~~~~, so other editors can find you without searching. Ww2censor (talk) 10:45, 4 December 2017 (UTC)
