Unblock request[edit]
- Please can you explain your claim that File:Geetanjali Mishra as Radha.jpg was taken by you? Gbawden (talk) 12:05, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose - This is, of course, demonstrably untrue. As easy examples:
- File:GKM.jpg - uploaded 23 January 2021, here 22 November 2020;
- File:Geetanjali8.jpg - uploaded 12 January 2021, here 25 August 2020;
- File:Geetanjali7.jpg - uploaded 12 January 2021, an out-of-process recreation of File:Geetanjali Mishra.jpg (deleted 11 November 2020), here 20 September 2020;
- File:Geetanjali6.jpg - uploaded 12 January 2021, here 9 March 2020;
- File:Geetanjali5.jpg - uploaded 12 January 2021, an out-of-process recreation of File:Best Actress for a short film.jpg (deleted 22 November 2020), appears from this set (18 November 19);
- File:Geetanjali4.jpg - uploaded 12 January 2021, an out-of-process recreation of File:Geetanjali Mishra 1.jpg (deleted 11 November 2020), here 15 September 2020;
- Some appear to be selfies (e.g., File:Geetanjali3.jpg) and some are clearly not (e.g., File:Geetanjali Mishra.jpg); accordingly, by definition, these would not have all been "clicked by [you]" and necessarily must have disparate authors. COM:BP requires an understanding of the issue and a credible commitment to discontinue. Neither are on offer here. Эlcobbola talk 21:07, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
Dear Elcobbola and Gbawden , Please note that I am the admin of "Geetanjali Mishra" Facebook page as well as "Celeb Connex" and I posted these pics on these pages, most of them are clicked by me except selfies, that too are our original content. Hope that clarifies, for further explanation, if needed, I can share print screen on your e mail, which clearly indicates "Posted by Captain-Vineet Chaturvedi". — Preceding unsigned comment added by Go4navy (talk • contribs) 21:21, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
- You said "I Guarantee that these pics were clicked by me as are my 'OWN WORK'"; you got caught in a lie; and only now you say "most of them are clicked by me." Why should we find anything you say credible? It is incumbent on you to provide appropriate evidence, not for us to seek it. Эlcobbola talk 21:32, 26 January 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose You have been claiming photos taken by others as own work and you seem to have no grasp of who owns the copyright to a photo. Gbawden (talk) 06:15, 27 January 2021 (UTC)
Dear Elcobbola, many thanks for your revert, as I mentioned, except for Geetanjali6.jpg, all the pics atre not only posted by me on her or on Celeb Connex Facebook page, but also those are clicked by me. You may question me if there is a copyright claim and in that case I'll show exact date and time as well in my phone, when I clicked these pics. But when someone accuses me of using someone else's content, that should be on a solid base, not on the basis of Facebook pages ( that too the pages I am admin of ), For example "Geetanjali as Radha.jpg" file, I own the complete set of pics in that look as those all were clicked by me on 18th December 2020. Anyway, I apologise for any misunderstanding or mis-communication from my side and I can promise that any picture uploaded by me even in future will be my OWN click. I will appreciate your valuable guidance instead of accusations. I am sure with your support and guidance, I'll be able to do much better. Thanks
Dear Gbawden, as mentioned above, the pics which are clicked by me, of course I can not have any grasp of who else can be the copyright owner. Many thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Go4navy (talk • contribs) 18:59, 27 January 2021 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:Aastha Chaudhary's Kesari Nandan look.jpg. I notice that the file page either doesn't contain enough information about the license or it contains contradictory information about the license, so the copyright status is unclear.
If you created this file yourself, then you must provide a valid copyright tag. For example, you can tag it with {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} to release it under the multi-license GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or you can tag it with {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. (See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of license tags that you can use.) If you did not create the file yourself or if it is a derivative of another work that is possibly subject to copyright protection, then you must specify where you found it (e.g. usually a link to the web page where you got it), you must provide proof that it has a license that is acceptable for Commons (e.g. usually a link to the terms of use for content from that page), and you must add an appropriate license tag. If you did not create the file yourself and the specific source and license information is not available on the web, you must obtain permission through the VRT system and follow the procedure described there. Note that any unsourced or improperly licensed files will be deleted one week after they have been marked as lacking proper information, as described in criteria for deletion. If you have uploaded other files, please confirm that you have provided the proper information for those files, too. If you have any questions about licenses please ask at Commons:Village pump/Copyright or see our help pages. Thank you. |

File tagging File:Geetanjali Mishra Latest look.jpg[edit]
This media was probably deleted.
|
Thanks for uploading File:Geetanjali Mishra Latest look.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.
Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own). The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Geetanjali Mishra Latest look.jpg]] ) and the above demanded information in your request. |
