ho proposto per la cancellazione le foto "1976 Tosi Beleffi in Friuli con Zamberletti.jpg" e "1984 Tosi Beleffi .jpg" . le avevo usate come prova e pensavo fossero caricate solo nella mia sandbox. invece poi ho scoperto che sono nei commons. siccome non sono sicurissimo al 110% dell'autore mi pare il caso, da quello che ho letto nei commons, di toglierle. ecco perchè ho avviato le procedure. è corretto no? ma sei tu che te ne occupi di cancellare? -- Giomatobe (talk) 17:34, 4 January 2016 (UTC)

La foto è del 1976, quindi in pubblico dominio in Italia; da dove viene? Non è importante l'autore, non c'è indicazione di copyright espressa, e la foto non è artistica. Quella del 1984 è in pubblico dominio in Italia ma non negli Stati Uniti, quindi su Commons non può stare. -- SERGIO ^{(aka the Blackcat)} 12:42, 6 January 2016 (UTC)

la foto viene dall'archivio di Anna Maria Silvestri e dovrebbe essere stata realizzata con la macchina fotografica dello stesso Francesco Tosi Beleffi o di un collega presente. La certezza al 100% non c'è. Per l'altra allora ho fatto bene a chiedere la cancellazione. Su quella del 1976 devo interrompere la cancellazione? Per completezza ti dico anche che su "ISA tosi beleffi.jpg" e su "tosi Beleffi divisa.jpg" c'è il permesso ad utilizzarle da parte dei vigili del fuoco. non so però questa cosa dove scriverla in modo chiaro. mi puoi dire in caso come si fa? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Giomatobe (talk • contribs) 15:43, 07 January 2016 (UTC) --Giomatobe (talk) 16:59, 8 January 2016 (UTC)

dear Sarah the photo dates back to 1976 and the author is unknown. The photo probably has been done by an official of the ministry of interior, colleague of Francesco Tosi Beleffi. This is the only think known. If there are problems with it due to copyright reasons, it can be delayed.
