Foto de Jesús Helguera y de sus obras[edit]

Gracias por subir la foto de Jesús Helguera y ponerla en su artículo. Sólo me queda la duda si de verdad tú has hecho la foto (es decir, tú lo fotografiaste) o tienes los derechos de la misma? Esa foto la he visto en otros sitios web, pero no he encontrado al autor de la misma ni referencias para determinar si ya está en el dominio público.
De la misma forma quiero preguntarte si obtuviste el permiso formal de la UNAM para publicar las fotos de los trabajos de Helguera (les atribuyes la autoría) o si las mismas están en el dominio público?
Espero no importunarte con mis reguntas, pero, auqnue me parece fantástico que haya fotos de Helguera y de sus obras, espero que las mismas cumplan con los lineamientos de la Wiki, de otra forma, serán borradas.

Hi, It's me again. I still haven't received an answer from you concerning the copyright of all pictures you posted about Jesus Helguera and his works. Do you own the copyright or do you have a formal permission from their authors for uploading the pictures here? I think that is the same case for all pictures about ancient Mexican cultures. I'll appreciate your answer on the subject concerning both groups of pictures, since I think they should be deleted. Gracias por tu respuesta, veo que al menos los dos retratos de Helguera te los han marcado para borrar, lo cual me parece correcto, ya que los derechos de las personas retratadas vencen cinco décadas después de su muerte, lo cual todavía no es el caso de este pintor, que murió en 1971, hace apenas 42 anios. Sin embargo, esos derechos del retratado son distintos de los del autor de la fotografía, que duran todavía cien anios más después de su fallecimiento (ver: LFDA). Ya que no es posible determinar quien fue el autor de la obra y saber si éste ya falleció, los retratos deben ser borrados. Creo que también las fotos relacionadas a las culturas antiguas y a las obras de Helguera deben ser borradas, porque sus autores no han otorgado el permiso de su publicación, o si? Voy a marcarlas para borrado. Si tienes los permisos formales para que sean subidas a Commons de acuerdo a las políticas del proyecto, por favor contacta a un administrador para ponerte de acuerdo con él.
