Getting help

More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump.

Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
There are several tools to upload files.
Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful.

Made a mistake?

Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it.

Je suis l'auteur de l'ouvrage TECHNIQUES ET PRATIQUE DU STAFF qui n'est plus sous contrat avec l'éditeur Eyrolles depuis septembre 2O17. ces droits m'ayant été restitués, permettez moi d'utiliser ceux-ci en toute indépendance. Vous pouvez voir ou télécharger l'ouvrage dans son intégralité à titre gratuit sur wikimedia et google.

Dans le cas ou ma réponse ne vous satisfait pas, renseignez vous au près de mon ancien éditeur.

Bonjour, Quand vous choisissez une catégorie pour classer les fichiers que vous téléchargez, assurez vous qu'elle existe préalablement...

Il existe déjà la catégorie Category:Staff (building material) qui rassemble tous les fichiers concernés par le matériau « Staff ». La catégorie Category:Staff (surname) que vous avez sélectionnée concerne les personnes de nom de famille « Staff » (surname signifie « nom de famille » en anglais) et n'est donc pas ici correcte. Je l'ai modifié en conséquence.

Gérard Rondeau professeur de staff en retraite.

Désolé de ne pas vous avoir répondu plus tôt.

Pour la petite histoire, j'ai été élève au lycée du Gué à Tresmes en 1963/1966 section staff. Jean-Claude Poiley était mon éminent professeur de dessin technique, c'était un génie de la pédagogie et de la grande maîtrise de sa profession. Celui-ci est décédé en 1965. Ces fiches pédagogiques ont été conservées au gué à Tresmes grâce à monsieur Duru chef de travaux et mon été retransmises par celui-ci en 1978 Par lui-même ( j'ai été professeur de staff dans cet établissement de 1974 à 2007). J'ai tenu à en faire trois ouvrages gratuits que j'ai mis sur google il y a un certain nombre d'années. Voir mes remerciements et la préface sur https://books.google.fr/books?id=cDHZLkZw3h8C&printsec=frontcover&hl=fr#v=onepage&q&f=false. J'ai ensuite voulu retransmettre ces documents pédagogiques au musée du plâtre dont voici un commentaire mentionné sur facebook:

1 – JEAN-CLAUDE POILEY : FICHES DE COURS ET D’EXERCICES

Environ 80 fiches de cours et d’exercices manuscrites et dessinées ont rejoint nos archives. Elles sont l’œuvre de Jean-Claude Poiley, lorsqu’il enseignait le dessin technique au lycée du Gué-à-Tresmes (Seine-et-Marne) de 1957 à 1965. Gérard Rondeau, plâtrier staffeur, qui fut son élève au "Gué" de 1963 à 1965, avant lui-même d'enseigner dans ce lycée, loue sa pédagogie exceptionnelle que traduisent ces fiches détaillés. A la mort de M. Poiley en 1965, ces fiches furent minutieusement conservées au Gué-à-Tresmes par Pierre Duru, chef de travaux, puis transmises à Gérard Rondeau en 1978. Celui-ci vient d’en faire don à notre musée.

Sur JEAN-CLAUDE POILEY: Celui- dès son très jeune âge s'est retrouvé élevé par son grand père à, Oisseau le petit dans la Sarthe, lieu ou je suis moi-même né. Celui-ci n'a plus aucune famille proche depuis très longtemps, une personne très éloignée m'avait envoyé un mail en me remerciant d'avoir réalisé ses feuillets en ouvrages PDF gratuit sur Google et m'avait signalé que c'était un travail de fou, que j'avais une grande estime pour lui.

PS: Jean-Claude Poiley a été inhumé dans la vielle tombe de son grand père à cette époque, tombe relevée depuis plusieurs années.
