Duplicate image[edit]
Hi, I've added a duplicate image template to Image:Wochenrad Beispiel.jpg --> Image:Wucherad bischbil.jpg, so one of them is going to be deleted. -- Deadstar (msg) 12:06, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
Hello Deadstar The bischbil.jpg can be deleted. This is ok. I will do so.
Image deletion warning | Image:Weekwheel.pdf has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry. If you created this image, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. |

Hello Deadster
Thank you for your message. If there is a space-problem some of the weekwheels could be deleted. The question is which of them?
the Weekwheel.pdf contains all the information to understand, how to use the Weekwheel and it's the english version, which is the one most the people understand. There are other versions in french, german and swiss-german. I don't know if german kindergarten-teachers find them easily if they are only available in english. There are also other versions like svg, jpg and I loaded them up for the following reasons:
- The Wochenrad.svg because it can be edited with Illustrator or any other Vector-Graphics program. The pdf-Version is difficult to edit.
- The Weekwheel.jpg because there is thumb and people see at once what's all about. The jpp-Versions wouldn't be necessary, if the pdf could be uploaded with a thumb and I don't know if this is possible.
Regards Daniel
English weekwheel[edit]
Hi! Thanks for providing Image:Weekwheel.jpg. I'm looking forward to colouring it in with my four-year-old. One minor point, is it possible to get a version where "Friday" is spelt with an "I"? Thanks, Bovlb 13:57, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
Your account will be renamed[edit]
Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Foerderer. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Foerderer~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
