Pay attention to copyright
File:FLORA KARIMOVA ICON.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.

The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.)

Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Hello Florakarimova, the following content you uploaded violates one or more of our policies and therefore has been or will soon be deleted:

File:FLORA KARIMOVA poster.jpg

The Wikimedia Commons (this website) only hosts media files with a realistic educational purpose and that can be used for any purpose, including:
  • use in any work, regardless of content
  • creation of derivative works
  • commercial use
  • free distribution

See Commons:Licensing for the copyright policy on Wikimedia Commons, and Commons:Image casebook for some specific examples. Some other Wikimedia projects have different licensing policies. For example, the English Wikipedia allows fair use of sounds and photographs. This is not the case on Wikimedia Commons; "fair use" materials are not acceptable here.

Please make sure that you only upload educational content you have created yourself, those which are out of copyright, or those for which you have the required permission for the work to be used in all the ways described above. Please note that derivative works of copyrighted material are also considered copyrighted. Again, please read through Commons:Licensing, which is quite crucial, to understanding how Wikimedia Commons works. Thanks for your contribution, and please do leave me a message if you have further questions.

Deleting my own presence in photo[edit]

Dear WikiPedia, how can I confirm to you that all pictures commonly belong to me? It is I AM! Should I send you my Passport copy or what? Well, so, I have taken a picture and this picture I share on my facebook or present to any newspaper when they publish article about me in order to use right and good picture of me. In this case if the depicted presence of my natural and real features of my eyes, nose, cheeks, lips, hair, ears, eyebrows, eyelashes my hands, neck and so on, on those pictures fully and genuinely, how fair to declare that I violated the copyright by using my own pictures? Why? What is an unfair and unjust rule is it? I attach here my picture please look at me. It is me. I am not an ordinary person. I play main role in Azerbaijan Music history who established western style of Rock pop, jazz style in addition I am a very influential civil activist who each day participate any kind of ongoing political issues related to economic and social events happen daily in my country in Azerbaijan. Each time and every time I am in front of cameras and on news articles every so often taken my picture on providing my archive picture to them. According to your strange policy of copyright then Must I sue all resource including paper, TV, and e-media to court that They all have used my pictures without my permission and demanding a respect or what? How fair is it? As I upload my picture from my own archive where It seems clearly it is me becuase there is my eye nose lip mouth ear hair face although one of your member declare the picture is rather hazy or very old, size is very large or without showing any considerable evidence or source the picture you uploaded violate the rule of WIKI. I read and over read and over read WIKI RULE. There is nothing about say that You can not upload a picture from 1970's or with your husbands or friends even there is no any rule about stopping picture if on picture your eyes nose ears are very possible to be seen, though I am pretty stunned each time you declare NICHT NAYN YOU VIOLATED THE RULE. Oh My Heaven what? Uploading your own picture how possible considered to breach the rules? What should I upload any person different from me? Maybe my neighbor or any person similar to my name? Why does my picture worry you so much and so you get terrified badly that results in deleting my pictures? I uploaded unique pictures about my history for example the main picture of me who created first time a page about me considering my age that I am now 75 years old for who using Computer became not easy to learn easily and quickly to establish own page and replace there a nice picture. One of my fan who firstly published an article about me, put a very ugly picture of me. The picture which does not belong to my own archive which was taken very early hour during court in Ganja 2011 when I drove to that city for 5 hours as I got out of car one of journalist rushed to the scene and suddenly took my picture as I entered the corridor which at that moment I did not even realise what happened nor could not take a chance to comb my hair even. Флора керимова.jpg

Флора керимова

That picture was made as label picture however you did not claim any violation where I look an ugly hag. I am in red jacket and with my sunglasses trying not to yawn, such stupid and wicked picture is A CORRECT RULE FOR YOU. But historical archive pictures are not! What a Perfect and What a Bright fair condition by your Honesty! During my life term I have been fighting against wicked and unjust treatment defending those rights who faced outlaw and unruly maltreatment, as being subjected to be banned or tortured physically. I never yielded to explain the truth and correct evidence. On my honesty I can declare all picture as you decided jumping into conclusion that I violated the rules of copyrights IS JUST WRONG! I ask you modestly please TRY NOT TO TERMINATE AND TERRORIZE MY ARCHIVE, I fervently plead you Please Do not Vanish my History on Pictures. Otherwise I want to remind you a messages that I wrote to Wikipedia about stringent control issue asking on my own articles in reply you explained just a mere account is enough to republish and correct your article. Here you are.

Wikimedia Support Team (Quality items) <info-en-q@wikimedia.org> 1/6/16

to me Dear Flora Karimova, Thank you for contacting Wikipedia. I would like to offer some general advice to subjects of Wikipedia biographies.

Wikipedia is a collaborative encyclopedia written by its readers. The project is a "wiki", which means that anyone visiting the site can edit or add to pages. There is a general introduction to Wikipedia here: <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:About>.

One of our most important policies is that on biographies of living individuals: <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Biographies_of_living_persons>. We also require that all articles adhere to the neutral point of view: <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Neutral_point_of_view>.

As the subject of one of our articles, we encourage you to create an account. This is free and helps members of the Wikipedia community to communicate with you. You can create an account here: <https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Userlogin>. If you are having problems creating an account, you may request an account be created for you at: <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Request_an_account>

Each article has an associated "discussion page" or "talk page"; you can access this by clicking the "discussion" link at the top of the article. You can then ask a question by selecting the "new section" link in the tabs at the top of the page. You will see two text boxes for you to write in: one for a title for your question and one for the question itself. At the top of each page is an "edit" tab, and clicking this tab allows readers to edit the page. To find the specific authors of a page, you can click on the "history" link at the top of the article.

Each Wikipedia editor has a personal user page that you can reach by clicking on their name; that user page has an associated "discussion page" where you can leave them messages. These users' discussion pages can be edited in the same way as article discussion pages.

We would encourage you (or your representatives) to use the article's talk page rather than edit the article directly. This is to protect your own reputation against possible adverse publicity caused by editing your own Wikipedia biography, something that has caused adverse comment in the past and we've formulated a guideline here: <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Autobiography>. The community's views on edits by subjects and those working for them can be seen at: <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest>. Obviously we make an exception for fixing obvious vandalism.

It is very important to avoid the use of legal language and threats. We have an absolute prohibition on this: <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:No_legal_threats>. In order to maintain an orderly atmosphere we also prohibit personal attacks: <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:No_personal_attacks>, <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Civility>. If you feel attacked or threatened then please ask for help.

Wikipedia policy is that all articles should remain open for editing by our users as a process of continuous improvement. Though in extreme cases we may "lock" pages from receiving edits for a short time, pages are then reopened for editing, as most edits we receive improve our articles. Because of this, we do not lock articles on request. However, we strive to keep articles free of vandalism and inaccurate material. There is a noticeboard specifically for biographical issues at: <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Biographies_of_living_persons/Noticeboard>, this is widely watched and is a good place to ask for help. For more general assistance you can use the help desk, <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Helpdesk>, or add the text {{helpme}} (including the curly braces) on your talk page.

In some cases an article may be deleted, either due to unfixable problems or because of lack of reliable independent sources, as noted in our guideline on inclusion of biographies: <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Criteria_for_Inclusion_of_Biographies> and <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Importance>. This is absolutely not a judgment on the individual themselves, only on whether there are sufficient sources of a quality that allows us to compile a biography which meets objective standards of fairness and accuracy.

Again, we thank you for approaching us with your concerns. The communities of our projects are collaborative and will work with you or your agents to adjust the issues you are having with our content. This will be in-line with project standards, but we do consider the concerns of the subjects in the decision making process. We hope that you find a pleasant resolution and thank you again for contacting us. Yours sincerely, Robert Clark

Blocking me[edit]

Dear Team! It is not new to block me or ban, I will bring my first ban and second ban 1971 by Soviet Union to your attention. 1970 I lost my first husband Ibrahim Topchubashov. A year 1970 I was in mourning did not sing and kept his grief as a respect. A year later I started to sing and lyrics of my first song based on folk sayings including these verses;

Nacharam men Nacharam ( I am such vulnerably helpless) Baghli qapi acharam (I can unlocked the door) Yari gozu yashi gorsem (If I have seen a friend with tear in eye) Bash goturub qacharam ( Then I have better ran away far)

For those words I was banned, as Russian Soviet Union noted to me that your husband died and left you some money as you intend to depart from oviet Union taking that money with yourself. I could not explain that it is just sad song which is folklore based there is nothing I can do. They banned me as you did for two weeks)) Later in the middle of summer I was in Moscow. In concert I wore white trousers as concert finished a committee approached me and sad, YOU HAVE VIOLATED codex of Soviet Union Dress Right by wearing white color and trousers. Do you defend Democracy preached by America in white colour and what a shame a woman in trousers singing on the stage! You broke whole rule we warned you now You deserve a good lesson. I returned Baku they deleted all my record and gave those music to other singer to sing again in order to remove my music records. You can ban me now for long hours. Anyway I violated as talking FREE AND CORRECT WORDS to defend my right. Yes yes the pictures lately I uploaded breached WIKI copyright there must not be eyes and my nose. I forget I had to attach there the eyes of Christian Ferrer and nose of Donald Trump I am afraid. Thanks for respect and Thanks for regard!
