There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful information about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

Your deletion request[edit]

Hi, i do not read portugese very well. But you seem to want te image to be deleted, because someone other reused it in commercial context. Sorry but then you did not understand the concept of free licenses at all. Yourself published the image 2011 under the "public domain" license. This explicitely includes any commercial reuse too. This your decision cannot be revoked later, also licenses may only be changed in another, which gives more freedom of use. It is no valide reason for a deletion request, that your changed your mind 3 years (!) later. Images are never deleted on such requests. As wikimedia commons dowes not allow images which disallow commercial use, you cannot upload new pics. However there licenses like Creative Commons (by the way the standard license in the upload wizzard if you chose not otherwise), which allow use by anyone but you can specify the kind of credits the reuser must give on reusing. - Andy king50 (talk) 06:40, 16 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Ok Andy king50=====================[edit]

Hello, this time I try to write in English, because I do not no the slightest idea of who is going to read the messages, Chinese, Portuguese or English, I know perfectly well that when i add a photo and give my rights,i have an open mind that someone can do everything with the picture I posted.But in the wikipédia policy, said that is an free webpage of knowledge, but don´t say nothing about

to add your photos and other make money with your work and saying that it is their one work.That´s is my only problem, i upload the many pictures that wikipédia need´s to help the web site and the people who want to use their knowledge, not to the people who use the wikipédia for free to get rich with the work of others who helped on a free and good cause."Free knowledge for all"

Greetings Andy king50

Notification about possible deletion[edit]

Some contents have been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether they should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at their entry.

If you created these pages, please note that the fact that they have been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with them, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!
