Today I have received an email from permissions-commons@wikimedia.org (Ticket#2015050610021198) stating: Dear Ferran Mir, The permission state is fine, but your statement to him is problematic. Perhaps you missed the closing sentence: I acknowledge that I cannot withdraw this agreement, and that the content may or may not be kept permanently on a Wikimedia project. In other words, he cannot withdraw the permission, once given. Yours sincerely, Stephen Philbrick.

Hi @Geohakkeri: , the photo is dated 1915, more than one hundred years ago! I do not think that it exist any copyright still valid. Of course, you can do as you consider more correct.
