Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Disruptive editing

Your edit summary is a misunderstanding. The file was not deleted before since it was on use. It was used in en:Sema Soygeniş, but the article is deleted since the subject is not notable. So, this means that the file is not on use anymore and one can reconsider. The situation is changed so I retagged for deletion. Before anything else, I repeat: you stay warned. I hate to take people to problematic user boards, but if you continue with this attitude I will have to do that. I recommend you to check the user rights and edit counts of people here before you engage in unnecessary quarrel with anybody. I have been patrolling some of your edits (and not done that in some cases to see if you yourself will be able to see how you polish problematic files while try to get deleted images of people to your own liking) and examine carefully the history of each and every file before I edit them. You tried to get this person deleted from WD, you could not, now you are trying to do it here. Look, Commons scope is not the same as notability in Wikipedia/s. (Indeed every WP has its own rules.) When someone is considered notable by "any" WP we consider him/her "in scope". However, if someone is not considered "notable" somewhere, we do not consider the person "out of scope" here. The issue is, just to give two examples: 1. A person found not notable in some WP (for example the hilarious one that we all know that makes articles for "analı kızlı çorba" and analı kızlı köfte" separately :) may find a place in another language WP. 2. Independently from that, we also serve the WD items, which is a "database". (In the case of this person, she is a university professor and all university professors are in that database.) If you still have difficulty in understanding anything you may ask me in Turkish, English or Spanish. @E4024: Of course I aware differences of different Wikimedia projects and open for learning. But the attack words like "disruptive editor", "disruptive editing", "stay warned", and threat for block are unacceptable and I cannot consider those as good faith.
