Pay attention to copyright
File:Ermis fc logo 2.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.

The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.)

Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Logos[edit]

Commons only accepts free use images (see licensing requirements). Just because something is an official logo does not make it free use. The copyright for images is held by the creator of that image. So the copyright of photographs is held by the photographer and the copyright of logos is held by the designer. Just because something is online does not make it free. In fact, you should assume that any image you find online is not free unless explicitly stated otherwise on the site that you found it. I did see that you were using that image on the English Wikipedia. Enwiki allows for fair use of copyrighted images provided they meet all of the criteria. Drafts do not fall under acceptable fair use (see criterion #9). So until the draft is accepted you cannot have that logo on it. Once accepted the image can be uploaded to the English Wikipedia only. Please note that fair use requires a fair use rationale to be provided. Failure to do so will result in the image being deleted again. See the guideline on fair use rationales for more information. If you need further help, once the article is accepted for publication, please visit Enwiki's help desk. --Majora (talk) 06:18, 12 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
