Goodies, tips, and tricks Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities. You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads. Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

CheckUser evidence has determined that this IP address, IP range, or account has been used abusively. This address (or network) has been blocked to prevent further abuse. In extreme cases, an entire network may be blocked to prevent an abusive user from continually changing their IP address in order to evade blocks or abusing multiple accounts. 1. Your appeals via email have been received. Please do not send additional non-reply emails to us, either at info-commons@, stewards@ , or stewards-appeals@, until we reply to you. You are welcome, of course, to respond to us once we email you back.

2. There are two problems preventing you from making an on-wiki appeal. One is that your account is "globally locked", so you cannot log in. Another is that you have no talk page access on Commons. I have referred your emails to the Stewards to address your global lock, and have referred your local lack of talk page access to the blocking administrator. I will make sure you are informed when both of these are completed, or if one of these will not be completed.

I am informing you here that we will not restore your talk page access at this time, as you have abused multiple accounts (sockpuppeting) on, at the least, another Wikimedia project (the English Wikipedia) recently.
