According to the NAC statement, photos from this archive group are in the Public Domain. https://www.nac.gov.pl/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/190525-Collections-with-copyrights-info.pdf

The photo description does not include the date. First, I wrote "circa 1930", but then I realized that the details of the uniform, especially epaulettes, indicate that it was made in 1920 or even earlier. but then I realized that a better quality photograph is to be found in the NAC collection.

The remaining photographs are copies from books published in 1991 and 1993. However, the originals used by the authors of the books come from the personal files of soldiers from the Central Military Archives Poland.
