If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. No verification that image was released under a free license - image can also be found at subject's Twitter page C.Fred (talk) 12:45, 19 August 2016 (UTC)

Mr. Fred thank you Sir. for all you're help. We were able to contact representing agent, and the clubs staff. As an organization that recently gained international fame, its club President has allowed for the distribution of images to allow for a better understanding of the team, players and staff across the globe. We established direct contact, and gather all the necessary sources and information to allow for the legal input of the image into the commons.wikimedia. However, as with many things in life, we have had trouble imputing the correct or perhaps necessary information to allow this image to clear. Please, before deletion, we ask that you allow for us to give you any further information that you might need to clear the image. The club can also issue a direct approval of its image, although they have already stated they were ok with it. We are at you're service, and ready to provide what you ask.

In addition, the representing agent stated that the image in the users twitter was in part an effort from the club to set their players up with active social media accounts, such as Twitter, Instagram, snapchat and Facebook to give further access to the players lives, training, and hopefully draw in further interest on a personal level. The imagine imposed onto Twitter was done as a joint venture between player and club for mutual expansion. However, both the Twitter image, and the one imputed into wikicommons that is being debated, are from the same source, a direct link from Miami United Football Club's Official website which we will input in a second post. Furthermore, the Twitter imagine, as seen with the metadata, is clearly distorted or edited, or perhaps degraded due to inability to format or download pixel composition. This imagine is unedited and direct from the clubs official website and not the users twitter.

Evidence:

File 1) User's Twitter Page https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BsCjQ_TCUAAb9r0.jpg:large

File 2) Direct link to non-public Miami United FC Official Team Website, Official Player Roster Individual Pictures (http://miamiunitedsoccer.com/) provided by the clubs staff upon contacting registered agent of the individual in place. http://miamiunitedsoccer.com/wp-content/gallery/2014-team-roster/MIAMI-UNITED-16.jpg

The representing agent of the user is said to be in the works to allow for the users twitter image to also be granted free distribution rights under copy right law. So essentially we are getting cleared to use image from the professional representing club, its president, the representing players agent, and soon the players twitter(although not the direct imagine, not the link on this upload) will also allow for free distribution of the image.

We had imputed the direct link provided by Miami United Football Club's staff, to the players official team picture on its official website. Something that is hidden from search or public, yet provided to us in order to set up a direct link to the players official team picture in the official team roster. The link itself was removed by Mr. Fred because we believe that we uploaded it wrong, into the description of the player, under the image itself. Because of the wrong format Mr. Fred deleted the link which provided direct connection between commons image and the Clubs provided link. We will re-insert the link of the player and team page back into the image, yet in proper format. If anything is out of place, please let us know. The link given to us by MUFC President Roberto Sacca is the following: http://miamiunitedsoccer.com/wp-content/gallery/2014-team-roster/MIAMI-UNITED-16.jpg — Preceding unsigned comment added by DrewJordanRosenhaus (talk • contribs) 16:40, 22 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
