Reversion of your edit

[edit]

Hi Diti. I thought I should draw your attention to a reversion I have made to one of your edits. See Commons talk:Project scope/Pages, galleries and categories for my reasons. Regards, --MichaelMaggs (talk) 11:44, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

All right, I replied. It's a(n important) thing I didn't think about, so I'm ok with this revert. :) Diti the penguin 12:21, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. I can see the whole area of what is allowed on userpages is going to need more discussion soon. --MichaelMaggs (talk) 14:31, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Salut, tu as marqué cette image comme étant un travail personnel. Pourrais-tu me confirmer que tu es également l'auteur de la photo originale ? Sinon, l'image doit être supprimée. Merci. Diti the penguin 17:07, 25 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

bonjour Diti
Diti the penguin 19:01, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Proposal to change allowable scope of userpage content

[edit]

I have made a proposal to specify more clearly what is and what is not allowed on userpages. You have expressed interest in this issue, and you may wish to comment at Commons talk:Project scope/Pages, galleries and categories#The use of userpages to advance personal political opinions. --MichaelMaggs (talk) 21:47, 17 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Too late, I already replied before you sent the message. ;) There’s no need to restrict more than that to my eyes, by the way. We’ll see as and when problems come up. Diti the penguin 22:14, 17 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Can you delete this picture because of copyright. It hasn't got a Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 2.5 license.--Hedda Gabler (talk) 10:59, 24 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, thank you for your awareness. The OTRS permission #2007032510015777 only targets the two following files at Commons: File:NaomiCampbell.jpg, and File:AlekWek.jpg. It seems that Turkish Flame (talk · contribs) picked up a random OTRS permission somewhere and used it for Image:Şebnem Ferah.jpg, which is quite grave. I deleted the image, don't hesitate to leave me another message for cases like this. Diti the penguin 11:27, 24 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Can you look this photo too? Thanks.--Hedda Gabler (talk) 12:19, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
✓ Deleted as well. I finally acknowledged the way the transfers did happen, and found out that the OTRS permission actually targets two more files (out of 4), File:Tyson Beckford.jpg and File:Gemma Ward.jpg, under a CC-by-sa (no version given) license. Thus, the OTRS permission given is invalid for that file. Thank you again! Diti the penguin 14:51, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
What about this, this, this.
And
I deleted them too, and left a message to the uploader. That way, hopefully he won't upload copyrighted content again. Diti the penguin 17:29, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! Have a nice day (:--Hedda Gabler (talk) 12:15, 29 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
