I have a question about GNU Free Documentation License. If I use an image in a film that is posted on Wikipedia Commons and licensed under GNU-FDL, do I have to include an Appendix with the author's name and the licensing information at the end of the film? Also, for a file like this one: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:CERN-aerial.jpg, where there are two "authors," or Wikipedia users, how do I site the author?

Hello, no, you don't have to add the licensing information in an appendix (similarly, for a picture, you don't have to write "GFDL" on the picture itself) — it is good enough if the license is indicated in the "licensing" section of the page (as is the case for Image:CERN-aerial.jpg). As for the author, just cite both of them (links to their user page on commons would be nice) and indicate what was their contribution. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any more question.
