Images with tradmarks
[edit]{{helpme}} What are the rules regarding uploading images to commons that contain trademark images? see the following:

- Hallo Dbiel, here you are: Commons:Image_casebook#Trademarks. In short: trademarks are no problem. But: we have no fair use here. So the logos need to be simple enough ({{PD-textlogo}}). This applies to the both still existing files. But File:Subwayspecial.jpg had a photo of subs on its left side - photos are not "simple enough". Pure text is (if it is simple text and not too much).
