Question

Good afternoon. Sorry for bothering you once more with the issue related to Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Raisa Vasilyeva. I have fixed several problems related to the copyright of the disputed images, indicated all sources, and uploaded my own video which I used to extract one of the images. Now one of the admins gave a "keep" vote, and now I want someone to positively close the deletion request because I spent really a lot of time on this Wikimedia thing. Wiki Loves Folklore 2024 has started, Join us!

Greetings from the Wiki Loves Folklore International Team! Wiki Loves Folklore is an international photography contest hosted on Wikimedia Commons to document folklore and intangible cultural heritage from around the world, such as folk festivals, folk dances, folk music, folk activities, folk games, folk cuisine, folk wear, folktales, folk games, folk religion, mythology, and many more.

The campaign invites participants to document photographs, videos, and audios linked to folk culture and fit within the contest's theme. Through this campaign, you may become a part of a community dedicated to preserving our intangible culture, which has been brought and passed down for thousands of years.

How can I Contribute?

The dates for the submission in the photography contest on Wikimedia Commons are from 1 February 2024 through 31 March 2024. Probably you are wondering how you can take part. It’s simple: grab a camera, record an image, video or audio under the folklore theme and start uploading or Click on Upload Now Icon which is available on right side of Wiki Loves Folklore 2024. Ajuda para carregar foto

Olá, DarwIn, tudo bem? Estou tentando carregar esta imagem, que está em "Domínio Público", só que, quando carrego o link direto do Flickr, aparece as seguintes opções: "- Direitos de liberação" e, principalmente, "Insira uma licença diferente em formato Wikitexto. - A seleção é obrigatória. Este arquivo está sujeito à seguinte licença no site "Flickr": Public Domain Mark.". O que devo colocar em "Insira uma licença diferente em formato Wikitexto"? Não estou conseguindo carregar essa e outras imagens por causa disso. Poderias me ajudar? Saudações.--Agent010 (talk) 17:24, 7 February 2024 (UTC)

Olá @Agent010, peço desculpa pela demora na resposta. Essa seria uma CC0, mas com aquele "Imagem disponível para utilização até o dia 03/04/2023" dá a ideia q isso n está em CC0, não... As tradition holds, since 2018, we've been sharing our favorite captures from the past year with each other. This year marks the sixth iteration of our beloved "Most Memorable Shot" tradition, and we're excited to see what everyone has to share.

Dúvida

Olá DarwIn, como vai?

Eu tenho muito interesse pela questão do domínio público e tenho uma dúvida sobre o Template:PD-Brazil-Photo: em que parte/artigo da lei de 1973 a questão da fotografia documental/não artística é indicada (só achei referências aos 60 anos de proteção) e como os argumentos para o domínio público nos EUA foram determinados?

Relacionado indiretamente: acha que valeria a pena criar uma predefinição específica para a lei de 1973? Talvez algo como {{PD-Brazil-media|deathyear=YYYY}} e o Commons faria o cálculo da lei que se aplica?

@Erick Soares3 Olá. Se não estou em erro isso vem da lei anterior, e permanece inalterado até 1998. As referências específicas estão nos processos mencionados aqui. Em relação à aplicação da lei no tempo, tem que ver se realmente existe algum caso que não seja coberto pelos templates que já existem. Que me lembre não tem, e inclusive há alguns redundantes, como o dos media. Darwin Ahoy! 09:52, 19 February 2024 (UTC)
Olá @DarwIn, desculpe pela demora (quando li não me veio nenhuma dúvida adicional, então acabei deixando de lado). Primeiro: obrigado! Numa outra questão, eu estava pensando: o material liberado pela Lei de Acesso à Informação, seja textos, imagens e outros, estaria em domínio público (ou seja, sem copyright atrelado)? Eu tentei pesquisar e isso não é nem um pouco claro (assume-se que esteja em domínio público devido ao uso jornalístico do material, mas não achei nenhuma menção específica). Por um lado daria para supor que caia em PD-Brazil-Gov (se a resposta da LAI for um “outro ato oficial”), mas seria interessante ter uma predefinição específica onde o número do protocolo possa ser linkado. O @Raul3131 está utilizando o material para ilustrar o Programa Espacial Brasileiro, mas essa questão me deixou em dúvida. Erick Soares3 (talk) 19:59, 10 March 2024 (UTC)
Talvez tenha relação com a questão: o Cap 2. Art. 4: "Art. 4º Os dados disponibilizados pelo Poder Executivo federal e as informações de transparência ativa são de livre utilização pelos Poderes Públicos e pela sociedade.". Talvez isso justifique uma expansão do PD-Brazil-Gov ou a criação de uma predefinição específica (considerando que o artigo também faz menção à proteção de materiais de "third party"). Olá, DarwIn, tudo certo? Recentemente, carreguei algumas fotos (aqui) que encontrei no Pexels, fotos que "são de uso gratuito" (a título de exemplo: outra imagem carregada de lá). @Agent010, de acordo com o @0x0a, que foi quem as nomeou para eliminação, imagens do Pexels só podem ser carregadas no Commons se tiverem sido lá publicadas até 5 de julho de 2018.
