Hi thanks for the report. The problem was that it never reached these nominations, an earlier one caused the bot to crash. This one: Commons:Featured_picture_candidates/File:Feldberg_-_Jumping_Snowboarder1.jpg, I am still a bit unsure why - but for now the bot ignores that one such that it can move on. /Daniel78 (talk) 13:16, 30 January 2015 (UTC)

Yes, and this one: Commons:Featured picture candidates/File:Simeis 147.jpg. And Commons:Featured picture candidates/File:Olustvere mõisa viinavabrik, 19.-20.saj.a*.jpg was never archived. Regards, Yann (talk) 11:40, 6 February 2015 (UTC)

Simeis was fine, the other one and Commons:Featured picture candidates/File:Hõreda mõisa viinaait viinamahutiga*.JPG had issues though since they included a * in the filename. Fixed it now. /Daniel78 (talk) 20:25, 6 February 2015 (UTC)

FP notifications

Hi Daniel78, is there a way that uploaders are also informed on promotion of an image by the BOT when the uploaders are not the sames than the nominators? -- ChristianFerrer 18:55, 7 February 2015 (UTC)

Exemple. Generally I warn the uploaders, but I can forgot and others sometimes do not. -- ChristianFerrer 19:33, 7 February 2015 (UTC)

Hi, when I saw your question I got a feeling I heard this request before. So I searched around a bit and found this, so apparently I said I would do this "soonish" back in 2012. Ops :) , I guess it's about time I add this then. I already commited some changes for this on a branch, but then I also thought about if the same template should be used ? Agree with Daniel : "Thank you for your contribution. If you think that another image deserve also a promotion, please nominate it.", this kind of text is more neutral and can be used in all the templates. -- ChristianFerrer 05:52, 9 February 2015 (UTC)

FPCBot com-nom bug

The tag here & here resulted in incorrect link in the resulting Assessments banner. The first one shouldn't have had "File:", and the second one needed an explicit com-nom parameter as the promoting nomination was not at the standard location. -- KTC (talk) 22:28, 26 February 2015 (UTC)

Gallery of Panoramas

Hi Daniel, for some months I formats fp galleries, I made the most of them. About the Panoramas gallerie it seems that the bot leads the newly promoted pictures in this form :

As there is now an unsorted section, is it possible to change the bot to just put the images in this unsorted gallerie section like in the others fp galleries? -- Christian Ferrer 15:51, 1 March 2015 (UTC)

Yann, KTC - I can no longer host the bot myself. So I/we are basically forced to move it very soon. Until then I will have to manually do runs from my home machine. You'll need an account on Labs with access to 'tools' and go from there. See wikitech:Help:Tool Labs/Access for information. If you want, I can set everything up in the meantime, setup to automatically update both pywikibot & FPCBot through git. Once you have access, I'd add you as maintainer to the tool account and you can login to User:FPCBot on pywikibot and/or make any other changes. Thanks for reporting. Someone had added an image into the title of that page. It made the FPCBot think that the image list started there. I simply removed that title image again. /Daniel78 (talk) 09:15, 13 June 2015 (UTC)

Hmm, it should had ran yesterday (17th). I received the relevant Cron notifications saying that the job was submitted. Either way, Labs is currently down. I'll take a look again later today if/when it's back up. -- KTC (talk) 14:43, 18 June 2015 (UTC)

FP Plants and fungi

Ah, I see (I think) why. Plants and Fungi are two separate base page under Commons:Featured pictures, yet they are combined on the Commons:Featured pictures, list page. FPCBot find the base page XXX in "Commons:Featured pictures/XXX/YYY", then place it in a correspondingly named section on list. Since there's no section named Plants or Fungi, the bot just ignore that step. -- KTC (talk) 23:10, 28 June 2015 (UTC)

FPCBot appears to have returned from holiday on its own. (Haven't done anything, it just started to work again all on its own. The bot couldn't connect to Commons for some unknown reason.
