Catégorie WMFr[edit]

Ben il avait été demandé lors de la réunion mensuelle de ranger cette catégorie. Donc les photos restent dans la catégorie où elle était et cette catégorie devient un sous catégorie de category:Supported by Wikimedia France. Ce qui fait qu'à la fin les photos vont disparaitre de cette catégorie pour être remplacer par la sous-catégorie où elle sont.Crochet.david (talk) 20:03, 8 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Je ne sais pas ce qui a « été demandé lors de la réunion mensuelle », mais ce n'est pas « la réunion mensuelle » qui décide ce que l'on fait sur le wiki. Commons possède une communauté et son fonctionnement est régi par le consensus ; or il n'y a absolument pas consensus pour ces modifications. guillom 20:30, 8 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

J'ai vu que tu avais supprimé ce modèle sur certaines de mes photos, et que sur d'autres, tu avais ajouté le paramètre nocat=oui. Pourrais tu m'indiquer pourquoi ? Les membres de l'association m'ont demandé de l'ajouter sur celles que j'ai pu prendre grâce aux accréditations presse qu'ils m'ont permis d'obtenir (c'était le cas pour Alison Carroll au salon du jeu vidéo), tout comme je trouve qu'il est utile que les photos soient catégorisées. Pour ce qui est des supressions, normalement non. Dans ce cas, le bandeau est à remettre. La seul chose est que la catégorie Supported by Wikimedia France soit rangées, car avec plus de 2000 photos, elle devient fourre-tout ; et cela risque d'aller de pire en pire. Il a été demandé d'améliorer cette catégorie. Ce que j'aurais voulu c'est que, sur la photo, reste le bandeau de Supported by Wikimedia France, par contre sans quelle apparaissent dans la catégorie Category:Supported by Wikimedia France, d'où le fait que j'ai rajouté un paramètre |nocat=oui' pour enlever sa catégorisation dans la photo, sans l'enlever lorsque ce même bandeau apparait dans une catégorie. Par contre la catégorie où était la photo est une sous catégorie de Category:Supported by Wikimedia France. Je sais pas si je me suis bien fais comprendre. Voila le comment du pourquoi. J'aurais d'ailleurs quelques éclaircissements à cette occasion à te demander, si tu es plus à l'aise que moi avec l'anglais ou si ton expérience te le permet davantage, concernant l'usage de ce modèle et ce qui peut en découler (en bref, son utilité). J'ai en effet d'autres cas qui m'agacent une peu, dont un autre d'ailleurs concernant ce fichier (il me semble même y reconnaitre d'autre fichiers Commons). Peut-on, par exemple, mettre plusieurs sites sur le même modèle, ou en créer plusieurs à la suite...

Il faut en créer autant qu'il y a d'utilisation. Il existe un outil (tineye.com), mais pas fameux, pour trouver des images en double ou très resemblant sur le web (un gadget permet d'ajouter un onglet). Mais ces erreurs de droits d'auteurs sont souvent des netrée interessantes pour justement expliqué ce que sont les droits d'auteur, les avantages des licences libres, leurs contraintes aussi, et surtout un contact avec des personnes qui peuvent parfois nous donner d'intéressante informations pour prendre des photos.

Est-ce que la catégorie est suivie ou gérée ?

Bonjour. Je n'ai jamais effectué de demande pour avoir le drapeau de robot pour plusieurs raisons :
  1. Il ne fait pas les travaux habituels d'un robot, c'est à dire un travail répétitif auquel personne n'a besoin de confirmer les modifications.
  2. Il travail surtout comme un humain, c'est à dire que je voudrais que les modifications qu'il effectue soit au moins partiellement vérifiées par d'autres personnes.
  3. Il n'édite pas aussi rapidement qu'un robot puisque je lui demande d'effectuer 1 modification par minutes (sauf en cas d'oubli)

Vitraux[edit]

Bonjour,

Les images comme File:Eglise Saint-Aignan Chartres-Les vitraux-2010-04-17 007.jpg font apparaître un vitrail qui semble relativement récent dans le style. Ce serait bien d'en savoir plus sur l'artiste verrier, de façon à s'assurer qu'il est mort il y a plus de 70 ans pour être sûr qu'il n'y a pas de problème de droit d'auteur. Les sites qui parlent des vitraux de l'église les datent du 14 au 16° siècle, mais on subit une restauration (reconnaissable avec un double vitrail extérieur qui fait office de protection et l'absence de bande de plomb de cassure —bande plus fine que les bande de plomb de maintien—).Crochet.david (talk) 09:39, 22 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Peut-être pour les autres. Mais celui-ci est résolument moderne dans son style et il porte une inscription en français. S'il était du 14 au 16e siècle l'inscription serait vraisemblablement en latin. J'ai trouvé ceci : L’église conserve d’intéressants vitraux du début du XVIe siècle auxquels sont associées des créations du XIXe siècle d’esprit Renaissance source. Removal of see below[edit]

I notice you have used a edit progarm on this file which has the effect of strightening the verticals and making them parallel. This tool can bbe quite effective if the file is almost straight in the first place. If the photograph is quite distorted because it has been taken up close, the the effect is disastrous, as it is in this picture. Basically, you still have all the vertical compression cause by looking up at a steep angle, but the parallel sides deny that this is the case, and stretch things horizontally, distoring the individual parts of the image far far more, than if you had simply allowed them to get smaller from bottom to top. Could you please upload your original, if you have it, and also the originals to any others that have been distorted by this program.

Also, if you take architectural pictures, both interior and exterior, they are almost always very much better left tapering than forced to be parallel. 2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".
