Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Possible issue with the example image from Cross-serial dependencies

Hi,

This image:

Cites no literature source for this example. I've now heard of multiple swiss-german native speakers stating that this sentence does in fact seem unnatural/forced to them. Could you please provide a citation for this image so I can take this up with the authors?

Native swiss-german speaker here. Sentence is completely fine, although not commonly used.

I agree I should've come up with a citation. This example gets used a lot in linguistics, so it's hard to find a primary source. I'll try hunting for the first use soon, when I have time.

Hans changed to John in the English sentence

Sorry to bother, but the name Hans is for some reason changed to John in the English version
