Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Re:Portadas de libros

Hola Cabernet, la respuesta a ambas preguntas es: en general no. Las excepciones en los casos de portadas de libros es que sean muy antiguos o el diseño sea tan simple que no supere el umbral de originalidad y, por lo tanto, no sea protegible. Lo mismo en cuanto a logos. Deben ser solo texto o formas geométricas simples que no puedan ser protegidas por derechos de autor. Un saludo. Anna (Cookie) (talk) 01:59, 3 March 2014 (UTC)

Re:Escudos

Hola Cabernet, los escudos de países, ciudades, títulos nobiliarios, o cualquiera que tenga que ver con la heráldica no se pueden subir salvo que:

1. lo hayas dibujado tú mismo basándote en su descripción, ya que las descripciones son de dominio público, no así las representaciones que se hacen de ellos;
2. sea tan antiguo que su representación esté en dominio público; lo cual tienes que poder demostrar por medio de la fuente que pongas en la información de la imagen.

Tienes toda la información en Commons:Coats of arms.

Los logos de empresas, deportivos, etc, tienen derechos de autor de la empresa propietaria, por lo que no se pueden subir, salvo que tengan un diseño tan simple que no supere el umbral de originalidad.

En esas dos imágenes antiguas que has subido debes aportar la fuente de donde las has sacado (página web, libro, periódico...) para poder verificar la antigüedad.

En cuanto a los mensajes rojos de tu discusión. Ningún mensaje de la página de discusión se debe borrar, cuando quieras limpiar la página los archivas. Para ello puedes crear una subpágina llamada User talk:Cabernet471/archivo, User talk:Cabernet471/archivo 2014 o algo similar, e ir copiando y pegando todos los mensajes que quieras archivar y entonces los borras de tu página de discusión.

Una cosa más sobre tus páginas: sería muy útil que en tu página de usuario pusieras los idiomas que hablas o entiendes. Ya sabes que este proyecto es plurilingüe, por lo que en cualquier momento alguien de otra nacionalidad puede intentar comunicarse contigo, y así sabe en qué idioma hacerlo. Re:Fotos Flickr

Hola Cabernet,
verás, Flickr alberga imágenes con varios tipos de licencia, pero en este proyecto solo se permiten dos tipos Creative Commons: {{CC-BY}} y {{CC-BY-SA}}. Esta imagen no está permitida, porque debajo de ella especifica "All rights reserved" y en este otro enlace no veo ninguna información.
