Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Ascension Island flag

I was admiring your File:Ascension Island flag proposal 2012.svg. Now that a flag has been adopted, there are very few differences from yours: the blue is deeper, like a standard blue ensign, and on the arms the mantling is a little less florid, there is no white border and the plants in the compartment are arranged slightly differently. In the crest, the ship appears to be more stern-on and the waves are less effervescent than in your pattern. (The waves appear to the cresting as if blown by a wind from the fly, but the ensign is blown fro the hoist! There are some odd winds off Ascension.)

After all your hard work, are you planning to do an adaptation of the original? I might be able to mock one up, but not with anything like your attention to detail. Hogweard (talk) 22:44, 16 May 2013 (UTC)
