Request reason: "I was blocked for over-categorization. I know. During this blocking time I was never creating other accounts. So the reason is not fulfilled for being discriminated as suckpuppet. I uploaded 13000 pictures for Commons for free in many hours and hurds.Without failures. The administrators want not help me. In the matter of over- categorization they could have said that I only must rewrite the level for the Geogroup. So I had not so much work to do. I even did not make the mistake to undo all of these and was not vandalism. I said ok, I am waiting for the blocking time until all is over. Then came User Savin and blocked me without reality reason while I was already blocked. It is written that I had been blocked due the over categorization. In this time I was not creating sockpuppets. Since the other administrator was suddenly blocking me forever while I was already blocked for a period of time, I created new accounts as sockpuppet to restore the locating data and wrong removed categories, by administrators and these edits had been not removed, because they saw it and made sense and no other could have done it. I did not upload photos. I did not vote in other cases about other matters with fake user names. I know that I shall not create several accounts on Commons that the administrators have a better overview. Administrators are having rules to do things good and having a lot to do with a mass on users which think that Commons is a playground for fun and is away in the next years. I uploaded no mass on copyvio pictures. It is ok, if you block me hard and it would be a year or three years. The next problem is that the people in Pirna must watch pictures about their town in future. Children can watch this data in the hundred years and see how it was. For example I took pictures of the Euthanasia memorial in Pirna, old town landscapes which are under danger of decay in this region here. I wanted to save it. Please block me a long time to have more time for your other cases and you can control it, if I would violate the reglementations again. With so much work I have done here, I know that it needs triple more time for it. I am not emotional here. For me it is not provoking here for being blocked. And in the last time I never the all pictures of Pirna in the Pirna category again. So the block made sense. The reason was the overcategorization and a block for more than a week. The uploaded photos here were photos which were not there on Commons before, of streets, buildings and landscapes. I had a lot of other admins writing me on and warned me if I still wil do something wrong, I am getting blocked or banned and I said ok and was stopping to do some failures. The blocking administrator was not warning me with the case of over categorization. He did not say stop or block and please remove these category Pirna from all pictures of Pirna. My plan is that you block me for a long time and I need a time out from here. The last months were a really taff time for me with uploading and categorization of pictures and adding manual the locations exactly. I got any chance here. Der Achim ist vom Innenministerium also Büttel vom Russen/ USA.... . Hochladen ist nur bis zu einer Grenze erlaubt. Oder uninteressanter Mischmasch ist noch erlaubt. Ich habe mich schon bei Wiki Commons beschwert und die sind auch so unfruchtbar wie die hier. Bei Panoramio haben die echte studierte Administratoren, die Informatiker sind oder Sozialtypen eben. Die sind hundert mal leistungsfähiger als die hier. Kein Wunder, dass Panoramio 100 mal mehr Photos hat als die hier. Panoramio ist viel Nutzerfreundlicher und wird noch besser werden. Bald werden dort auch Bilder archiviert werden, sodass Hacker keinen Zugriff mehr haben können. Ich empfehle Dir Kalispera Dell zu kontaktieren, die hat echt Ahnung und ist ein top Agent. Kannst ja mal Bilder hierher laden, wenn du programmieren kannst. Shizao weigert sich Bilder von Pirna hochzuladen. Neid eben. Aber Wiki habe ich echt nur als zweite Wahl hier, wegen den ständigen mangelhaften Administratoren, die ja schon in internationalen Medien als totale Versager dargestellt werden (Arte 2015 "Administratoren bekommen Prämien oder andere Geschenke, wenn gewisse Aufträge erfüllt werden, Leute zu sperren, damit ein Thema uninteressant bleibt." Durch verdeckte Journalisten. ). Panoramio hat 129000000 / 129 MIO Bilder und Wiikimedia had gerade jetzt ungefähr nur 30 Millionen Dateien, obwohl die älter sind. Massen an Leuten sagen, wie schlimm hindernd diese selbstgerechten Administratoren mit ihren Mängeln sind und nichts erreichen außer Nutzerschwund. Wikimedia hat immer weniger Nutzer durch solche. Zu recht. Und in Zukunft heulen die dann wieder herum, weil die dann keinen Sündenbock finden. Wikimedia hat gesagt zu wenig Schreiber und Hochlader zu haben. Bloß die Festangestellten lieben die Administratoren, so wie die sind hier. Die wollen und dann bekommen die es so. Punkt.
