Thanks for your edits against user MiddayExpress wish to erase the file "Dubat".
Now that the file has been tagged "KEPT", allow me to pinpoint that user:MiddayExpress was adding wrong data (in the failed request for speedy deletion) about the Dubats. The photo is taken from a book related to the Dubats of Somalia: they dress in a typical way that no Eritrean Ascari uses. Thank you for your work as an admin. I just want to tell you that DRs shouldn't be protected for admin only. Some DRs can be used twice like this and this when somebody feels that the decision to close the previous nomination is not exact. Btw, when dealing with DRs, you can use DelReqHandler gadget (my preference > Gadgets > Tools for authorized users > Click at the check box: Tools for authorized users DelReqHandler: Support for easy closing of deletion requests. Premesso che di commons non sono molto pratico, ho appena scoperto che ArgentoGrigio (talk·contribs) (un pluribannato della it.wiki - vedi qui) oltre un anno fa ha caricato decine di foto che sembrano essere tutte violazioni di copyright da questo sito. Mettere un avviso per ogni file mi sembra un po' proibitivo (ne ho fatti sei e già mi son stufato...), ci sono gli estremi per una "cancellazione di massa"? Afghanistan license
Hi, about this and the other TOLOnews images, did you read "2. The authors of the work are citizens of Afghanistan and are not also citizens or permanent residents of any country that participates in the Berne Convention."[1]? The Author of the work would be Saad Mohsini (citizen of UK/Australia) and that is already established. He was born in the UK and raised (20 years) in Australia. In order for someone to be a citizen of Afghanistan, he or she must be born there, or possibly aquire citizenship through other means. Finalmente un altro povero cristo italiano a cui rompere le balle. ;) Ho sempre più voglia di candidarmi qua e fare un po' di sanissimo lavoro sporco e concretamente utile come qui si fa anche più che altrove. I knew that getting an Italian speaker on board would be good ....
This editor has uploaded hundreds of good images and created 90+ galleries of towns in Prato. I have helped and guided him several times in the past, and would like to continue, but his English is not great and il mio italiano è inesistente, fatta eccezione per Google.
Basically, he would like to put a category on the galleries that he has created to say that they are "his". I have tried to tell him that once he creates a gallery in mainspace it is "ours" and that he may not claim it. See Commons:User-specific galleries, templates and categories policy if you haven't already seen it.

Volevo ricordarti, quando crei una categoria "... of Italy by qualcosa", di non dimenticarti di assegnare la corrispondente categoria Italiana by qualcosa, secondo quelle che trovi in Category:Categories of Italy. Naturalmente eccezion fatta per categorie by mosche bianche (come la tua "by place of exposure"). Se puoi controllare in questo senso le categorie che tu hai creato, ti sarei molto grato. Senti, ti chiedo una cortesia sperando di non aumentarti il lavoro sporco: come stai notando mi sto smazzando (ma divertendomi se no non lo farei) nel spostare e sottocategorizzare adeguatamente le nmila immagini relative a chiese e ciò che le riguardano nel campo dell'arte e della religione (nel senso che se ho l'esigenza o la curiosità di andare a cercare una statua ad esempio di un particolare santo poi so dove trovarla). Alle volte però mi trovo in difficoltà per le differenti convenzioni usate nel passato e creo delle cat sbagliate... potresti farmi tu la cortesia di passare a cancellare i miei (spero) rari casini? Tra l'altro sto pensando che in Category:Statues of Christian saints by country quella italiana sia un pugno in un occhio e che crei dei problemi a chi volesse arrivarci "dall'estero": dato che quelli che ci lavorano sono un pugno di utenti italiani (e oramai avrai capito chi sono) riusciamo a metterci d'accordo e a chiedere uno spostamento eventuale a una categoria con nome standard? Conosco l'utente ed all'inizio avevo provato a dagli una mano indirizzandolo verso le "convenzioni" che Dengiù mi aveva insegnato. IN effetti quel San Giovanni il Laterano stona con il Rome se si pensa alle convenzioni it.wiki sulle disambigue, tuttavia ha un senso per chi non è italiano e comunque arriva a Roma a fare delle foto e cerca la chiesa non ricordandosene il nome (anche se è vero che navigando per le categorie ci si arriva). Più che altro è una questione di uniformità e per evitare che qualcuno, sempre un utente non italiano, non trovandola la crei non sottocategorizzandola a dovere (vedi il volenteroso ma ingestibile pratese) e scoprendola dopo tempo. Volendo si può anche fare la cat redirect, utile in molti casi vedi quelli riguardanti ai santi con nomi vari, ma se si può evitare... vedi un po' tu. Intanto ho fatto un nuovo casino... mi è rimasto tra i tasti il plurale dei santi e ho creato la Category:Saint Alphius, Cyrinus and Philadelphus churches by country da cancellare (e se ci sono le derivate "Saint" senza s finale...) porta pazienza sto uscendo da un periodo di mal di testa da sbattere la medesima sul muro... How come did you conclude that the photos were published in the 1920s. The reasoning was nothing more than "ifs" and "buts". The fact that the photo has been published in a couple of blogs doesn't mean it is in public domain. Ciao, dai un'occhiata a Special:Contributions/Willemnabuurs: è un utente estremamente volenteroso che sta dando una mano (e ci voleva) nel categorizzare sculture & affini riguardanti santi (e che ne sono un fottio) tuttavia sta facendo delle sottocategorie con solamente una foto per "city of Italy" ma probabilmente non si rende conto che per noi city = municipality e rischia di inserire una foto di una stata di un santo in una categoria di un paesino di mille anime (che è probabile sia anche l'unica). Ora io ho già accennato la cosa nella sua talk per quanto riguarda le statue ma temo non abbia capito che quello che sta facendo è eccessivo (vedo che qualche admin sta togliendo le chiese dedicate ad uno specifico per regione d'Italia che sono ancora semivuote solo per difetto o di categorizzazione accurata o di foto non ancora disponibili ma che con il Wikilovesmonuments 2012 è previsto si riempiano). Però... però alla fine ho forse ragione lo stesso, se è vero che in Danimarca "The article 24 of the Danish copyright law permits panorama freedom for architecture. This, however, does not extend to the works of art that are located in public places. They cannot be commercially published when they constitute the central element of the picture.".
