Como começar no Commons
  • Procure na Babel por colaboradores que falem sua língua e adicione seu nível de linguagem em sua página de usuário e indique suas habilidades gráficas.
  • Todos seus uploads se encontram em uma galeria de suas imagens
  • Por favor lembre-se de assinará seus comentários em páginas de discussão e de votação usando quatro tis (~~~~).
  • Sempre adicione uma categoria à sua imagem. Procure em CommonSense para se guiar antes de categorizar
  • Para linkar uma página de imagem, escreva assim: [[:Image:Foo.svg]], para obter isto: Image:Foo.svg

Eu desejo utilizar na pagina criado no Wipidedia, referente a banda Menina do Céu. Eu adquiri a foto, pois faço parte do grupo, sou parte da equipe de marketing. Pode me ajudar?

Va para a pagina q vc quer editar na wikipedia e coloque isso [[Image:Menina do Ceu1.jpg|thumb|A legenda desejada]], uma vez carregada aqui no commons ela pode ser usada em todos os projetos wiki em todas as linguas, basta chama-la, assim [[Image:Menina do Ceu1.jpg]]. Sobre a imagem Menina do Ceu[edit]

Olá, Daniel (acho que é assim que te chamas, certo?). O Spacebirdy deixou-te uma mensagem em português, mas usou um modelo predefenido, ele não sabe mesmo falar português fluentemente :) Por isso, ele pediu-me que te ajudasse com o problema da imagem, visto que lhe deixaste uma mensagem.

Acontece que aqui no Commons (e na maior parte dos projectos da Wikimedia) não são permitidas imagens que não sejam livres. Isso significa que elas precisam ser explicitamente licenciadas com uma licença livre antes de serem carregadas no commons ou noutros projectos como as Wikipedias.

Esta restrição existe porque as leis de direitos de autor da maior parte dos países indica que quando não é indicada uma licença, os conteúdos têm todos os direitos reservados pelo autor, incluindo o direito de criar cópias ou distribuir a imagem (que é o caso de colocá-la na wikipédia, isso é distribuição). Para que o Commons/Wikipedia possa fazer isso sem infringir a lei, os direitos têm que ser explicitamente cedidos à Wikimedia.

Há duas formas de fazer isso: uma é indicar na fonte da imagem (neste caso, o site meninadoceu.com.br) que esta está disponível sob uma licença livre, veja exemplos aqui. Isso permite o reuso da imagem de forma perfeitamente legal.

A outra forma é enviar um email ao sistema OTRS, indicando que cede os direitos de autor da imagem (o que não implica que perca os mesmos, apenas está a dá-los aos outros). Siga o link indicado acima para mais instruções.
