You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Unblock request declined This blocked user asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators has reviewed and declined this request. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not override the decision without discussion. Request reason: "neither "Ich Pilot" nor "Zwanzig_20" belongs to me. Thus, I have no access to them. In other words, I can't use them as alternative accounts for B88, so I made this account "B88-2" as an alternative one, since i can't get in to "Ich Pilot" (it is not my account!). You may either block "Ich Pilot" instead of blocking "B88" or leave me to use this account as alternative. by the way, see this link here: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Sockpuppets_of_Jobas ... Эlcobbola ... Could you please block "Ich Pilot" instead of "B88"?!

Эlcobbola _talk but Jobas wasn't blocked from editing, although he made many Sock-puppets previously. Why should I be blocked now?!

I have no access to Ich Pilot [i.e. I can't use it], so you may block Ich Pilot and leave B88 for me. Thus, I can continue like Jobas was allowed to continue.

1) Jobas is blocked for edit warring. 2) You (B88) were also blocked for edit warring. Then you created this account (B88-2) to continue edit warring, which is precisely the reason all your "active" accounts (B88, B88-2 and Zwanzig 20) are blocked for sockpuppetry. Эlcobbola _talk But Jobas had a lot of Sock-puppets. Although he had a lot of Sock-puppets, he was allowed to keep editing here. If you block B88, I won't to be able to keep editing here without making another account, since i have no access to Ich Pilot at all.

So, I need either "this account" or "B88" in order to continue when the blocking for edit-warring expires.
