- I suggest to decline this unblock request. "Im someone else" is obviously untrue, technically the same user, doing the same bad things - so this is not someone else but the same. The problems (copyright violation and false author claims, flickr washing) are not metioned in the unblock request, so no evidence given here, that a minimum understanding of COM:L and Commons:first steps exists and nothing shown that the behaviour will improve in future.
