Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Data used for Arizona fire map

You name the NIFC as the data source for the Arizona fire map, but the data I get from them is incomplete. As an example your map has the Magnum fire north of Grand Canyon, but as far as I can see that fire is not in their data (among others). I am using the Interagency Fire Perimeter History - All Years map when retrieving the data. Can you point me in the right direction so I can get more complete data from the NIFC? @Earthventures: Yeah, I'm not sure about the state of the data from NIFC. When I was updating that map I noticed that some of the old fires would fall out of the dataset after some time, so I was manually merging new data in. When I created the full year version I think that particular source was in limbo where 2020 wasn't in the current file and hadn't been archived yet either. Probably not much help, but hopefully some acknowledgement that that source can be wonky can be useful in some way. Atomic7732 (talk) 13:08, 27 July 2021 (UTC)
