Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Hi Artregor, when tagging images as copyvio, you need to provide some evidence/rationale why you think they are. --Túrelio (talk) 21:21, 26 November 2014 (UTC)

O.k. But it is quite possible that he represents an institution (Stiftung Brasilea) and is or has permission from Daniel Faust. Anyway, I have already contacted him about that on his :de-talkpage. --Túrelio (talk) 21:57, 26 November 2014 (UTC)

@Túrelio: Yes, You're right the user represents the "Stiftung Basilea" and had a permission to use the photos (by the way I'm the mentor of the user on de:WP), but we have a legal problem to use the files on de:WP under a free license when at the same time the filenames include ©. So is there maybe a way to rename the files and remove the ©?? The uploader and I had already agreed to delete pictures and than to load them up again without © in the filename (look at the diskussion page of the uploader on de:WP). O.k., if you are his mentor on :de, dann können wir auf deutsch fotsetzen ;-). Das ©-Zeichen wird völlig überschätzt und bedeutet rechtlich fast garnichts mehr. Dennoch gebe ich dir recht, dass es etwas irritieren kann und man mit solchen Sonderzeichen in Dateinamen zurückhalten sein sollte. Ich kann die Dateien umbenennen. Soll nur das ©-Zeichen weg oder weitere Korrekturen am Dateinamen? --Túrelio (talk) 07:40, 27 November 2014 (UTC)

@Túrelio: Vielen Dank, Du hast die Umbenennung ja bereits vorgenommen und sogar im Artikelentwurf die Dateieinbindungen angepasst. Super! Nein, sonst braucht, denke ich, nichts mehr geändert werden. Fehlt jetzt nur noch die Nutzungsbestätigung; der Account selbst ist ja auch noch nicht verifiziert. Ich bin übrigens "her mentor" ;-); die Accountbetreiberin heißt Pia und ist damit also sicherlich nicht selbst die Urheberin der Bilder. Aber da sie für die "Stiftung Brasilia" tätig ist und der Urheber der Bilder der Vorsitzende der Stiftung wird das sicherlich funktionieren.
