Licencias incorrectas

Si el señor de la Madrid es el poseedor de los derechos de autor de esas fotos ve a este enlace Commons:Modelos de mensajes y solicítale la autorización (tienes el modelo de mensaje para enviarle en la página), después sigue las instrucciones de dicha página cuando recibas el permiso firmado por él. Si este señor hubiera sacado las fotos de algún medio informativo entonces no sirve su permiso y las fotos tendrán que ser borradas, ya te expliqué porqué en la otra cuenta User:Armix95. El problema no es únicamente la licencia, sino la falta de origen. Según la ley en México, los derechos de autor de una imagen terminan a los 100 años de la muerte del autor o de la fecha de publicación en caso de los gobiernos federal, estatal o municipal. La excepción es para obras que ya estén en el dominio público antes del 23 de julio de 2003, pero para eso el creador de la obra (el fotógrafo) tiene que haber muerto antes de 1928. Puedes ver la explicación en este enlace Commons:Sobre las licencias#México. Si el lugar de donde has tomado esas imágenes cumple estos requisitos, las fotos se podrán quedar aquí, sino no, por eso es necesario que pongas la fuente, pero para ello no necesitas volver a subir las imágenes, simplemente edítalas y añade el origen, y por favor, no las pongas de nuevo en los artículos de wikipedia hasta que se verifique el dominio público. Hola Armi, me temo qu sigues bastante liado. Esta Image:Guadalupe Borja.png es de 1966, por lo cual aún no cumple los 100 años de su publicación y, además, la has sacado de aquí donde pone: All contents © copyright 1999-2008 Getty Images, Inc. All rights reserved. "todos los contenidos tienen derechos reservados", por lo tanto la imagen no es libre ni está en dominio público, o sea que tengo que borrarla ya que infringe las normas de Commons.

Esta Image:Boda. 16-12-1926.png procede del archivo familiar, pero no veo que hayas aportado el permiso de la familia para usarla y tiene tan sólo 83 años de antigüedad. La licencia que has puesto no sirve, porque en México son 100 años, no 70 y la referencia que has puesto como permiso, "Time Life Pictures", es la misma web de la imagen de Guadalupe Borja, por tanto también infringe las normas. Lo siento Armi pero no creo que ninguna de las imágenes que has subido se pueda quedar aquí, revisa una a una y si todas están sacadas de la misma web y/o ninguna cumple los 100 años de antigüedad pon {{razón}} para que sean borradas cuanto antes. Siento haber sido la portadora de las malas noticias, pero no te preocupes, eso de que una imagen vale más que mil palabras no siempre es cierto, si has investigado tanto para, al final, escribir artículos en wiki sobre esas primeras damas es un gran trabajo que quedará en wikipedia para conocimiento de todos, aunque por ahora estén sin ilustrar. De todos modos, puedes poner como enlace externo la web de alguna de esas fotos que has conseguido, de forma temporal ilustrará el contenido. Hola Armi, esa foto es familiar por tanto puedes dar tú mismo la autorización para ella, en este enlace Commons:Modelos de mensajes tienes un modelo de mensaje (el encuadrado en negro), adáptalo a tus necesidades, pon la licencia bajo la que liberas la foto y envia el email a permissions-commons@wikimedia.org poniendo en el mail la url que tiene la foto aquí, para que el equipo de OTRS (los que verifican los permisos) la encuentre. Edita la imagen y en la sección "permission" añade esta plantilla: {{Otrs pending}}, cuando verifiquen la autorización asignarán un número de control a la foto y el email con tu permiso quedará archivado con ese número para cualquier comprobación posterior. Me he dado cuenta de que la página de la imagen actualmente no especifica quién creó el contenido, así que el estatus del derecho de autor no está claro. Si no has creado tú mismo esta imagen, entonces es necesario que argumentes por qué la imagen se puede usar en Wikimedia Commons (ver el enlace de etiquetas de derecho de autor abajo); también debes especificar dónde la encontraste; por ejemplo, en la mayoría de los casos, un enlace a la web de donde la tomaste y los términos de uso del contenido de esa web.

Si la imagen no tiene una etiqueta de derecho de autor también debes añadírsela. Si tú creaste la imagen, entonces te recomendamos usar {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} para licenciarla con la GFDL y todas las versiones de la Creative Commons CC-BY-SA. Puedes mirar Marcas de derechos de autor para la lista completa de etiquetas que se pueden usar.
