There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful informations about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

Aggiungi semplicemente alla pagina dell'immagine questo codice: {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-3.0,2.5,2.0,1.0}}, lo stesso che è stato automaticamente aggiunto nelle altre (hai solo dimenticato di scegliere la licenza suggerita per le foto fatte personalmente da te). Lo farei io ma l'applicazione della licenza d'uso è una cosina delicata, meglio che lo faccia l'utente/autore di suo pugno. Sei consapevole che pubblicare sotto GDFL significa, in pratica, "regalare al mondo" il tuo lavoro? Spero di sì...

Un altro suggerimento: cerca di creare dei titoli significativi per le immagini... per questa, io avrei usato qualcosa come: Italian_working_horse_training.jpg. Cambiare nome a un'immagine è molto difficile! --Alex_brollo Talk|Contrib 13:23, 24 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikimedia Commons (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page. If the content is a derivative of a copyrighted work, you need to supply the names and a licence of the original authors as well.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag, then you must also add one. I primi passi sono fatti :-)[edit]

Benissimo... belle foto! Tutte hanno almeno una breve descrizione, tutte hanno il copyright corretto, tutte hanno almeno qualche categoria. Ho ripassato le categorie, assegnando categorie esistenti e togliendo qualche categoria inesistente che avevi assegnato. E' un grosso lavoro! Non considerarlo definitivo... lo miglioreremo nel tempo. Il sisema di categorizzazione è confuso e molto arbitrario; la comunità di Commons lo sa bene, l'ideale è ancora una pia illusione.

Un'immagine che mi dà quelche perplessità è quella del segnale TPR a bordo... è una questione sottile: hai fatto tu il disegno o è tua solo la riproduzione del disegno? Se non l'hai disegnata tu, c'è un autore da qualche parte... c'è un proprietario che potrebbe averla rilasciata o no, e potrebbe vedere la pubblicazione dell'immagine come un abuso. Dimmi tu! Se l'immagine è tua e quindi la pubblicazione è legittima, mi interessa molto: potrei ricavare da quell'immagine il marchio della razza (lo scudo contenente la scala a pioli), estremamente rilevante come "dato enciclopedico". Anzi, se ti capita, una bella foto di un marchio sul groppone di un TPR (quella sì, indubitabilmente libera) sarebbe benvenuta.

Adesso la parte più difficile... tutte le foto andrebbero rinominate, prima che vengano utilizzate qua e là. Il nome ideale ha queste caratteristiche: deve spiegare in pochissime parole (possibilmente inglesi, e con specifiche convenzioni su caratteri, spaziature, maiuscolo-minuscolo... un casino ;-) ) il contenuto della foto. Per chiarezza, aggiungo un numero progressivo ad ognuna delle foto nella tua galleria, così facciamo prima a discuterne una a una: io proporrò dei nomi, tu lo correggi o mi dai l'OK, poi io mi occupo della procedura di renaming. OK A TUTTO. TPR a bordo è esclusivamente roba mia... a breve verrà adottato dall'anacai x identificare i camion UFFICIALI che trasportano TPR nel rispetto della normativa.

LOGO TPR A BORDO... l'idea, la foto, l'elaborazione, la contrattazione con l'anacai... è completamente OPERA MIA. Il Direttore delega volentieri a me xkè sa che mi diverto. Adesso l'ho un po' aggiustata... e l'abbiamo mandata in stampa in doppia versione. La posso aggiungere? chauz

Magnifico! Già vedevo un'altra tremenda polemica in arrivo.... qui su Commons sono maniacali sulle questioni di copyright, giustamente! Tutto a posto!

E adesso... i nomi delle foto! Mica facile... ma proviamoci. Ho numerato tutte le foto, apro un nuovo titolo e intanto ci metto l'elenco dei numeri; poi mi rileggo l'aiuto su come dare alle foto un nome ideale, poi ti faccio la mia proposta, e a una a una mi correggi, mi commenti, cambiamo finchè saranno OK.

Searching for the best name for your images![edit]

Ho letto le linee guida per i nomi dei file; la lingua è libera (propongo quindi l'italiano!), si tratta di riassumere il contenuto in pochissime parole. Disgrazia vuole che il nome del CAITPR è lunghissimo! Ma potremmo fare così: apriamo un articolo intitolato Cavallo Agricolo Italiano da Tiro Pesante Rapido; mettiamo qualche nota e qualche sinonimo, e i vari nomi con cui è indicato nelle varie lingue.... appiccichiamo una bella galleria e il gioco è fatto: potremo usare la sigla CAITPR nel nome dell'immagine.

Mi correggo: l'articolo c'è già: Italian working horse. Ho creato due redirect CAITPR e Cavallo Agricolo Italiano da Tiro Pesante Rapido per facilitare le ricerche e puntare sull'articolo in cui ho aggiunto le miniature delle tue foto ma... le tue principesse sono TPR? --Alex_brollo Talk|Contrib 23:52, 27 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
