Shamir/Shamer village

Hello Andres,

I know that the source is very old. But this village wasn't conquered and it was like this all the time. The problem is, that on the Template, Shamir is shown as under ISIL-control, and due to that we have to change the colour either here or there. For this, en:User:Pbfreespace3 made a research to find out what's correct. The last source about Shamir he could find was the one I used here. And the original edit, where Shamir was added didn't even cite a source. Due to this, please revert your edit or argue in the english Wikipedia why this village should be shown as government-controlled alternatively.
