Hello, I am trying to confirm the copyright status of "File:Campaign road sign against female genital mutilation.jpg" which you uploaded to the Commons. It is a great picture, but I am concerned that it is an unauthorized reproduction of the drawings on the sign. Has the photograph been published before, or was it published for the first time when you uploaded it? Also, where did you upload it from – Uganda, or some other country? Hi, Sorry for not responding right away, for some reason I did not get an email regarding this message, and I don't visit commons every day. I uploaded the picture from my home computer in Israel, not from Uganda. If I understand correctly, the issue has been solved, so I'm glad we can still use the picture in wiki projects.
