Hello Eugene. So first you said I was lying about owning the original photo that is in my possession. Then you say to appeal to OTRS so I did --- and you denied my request again with the same message and reasoning. What kind of appeal process is that? Usually it means a different person reviews all prior communications and documentations and then clarifies and resolved the situation. I am NOT lying. For you to say I have a derivative photo is FALSE!! You are lying - so there. Since you claim it, you should have to prove it. I am new to trying to add data to wikicommons, but now I see that when it comes to pictures - forget about it. And that is what I shall do. Even a newspaper article that traces the route this man took across the desert - which is the purpose of the wikicommons page - you even denied that? My aunt started this story and she died in 2014 and I am trying to add to it. You dont want the photos fine. I had more of them that I was going to add next, but I give up. Nice day to you. There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful information about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.
