I'm surprised that you didn't indef User:Neptune's Trident. If you need any more evidence that you should have indef'd him, he recently created en:Paula Stone Williams. Not only is it a WP:COATRACK for an incident not involving Williams, but it is straight copyright violation. The Fox News (!) article says

After showing a 15-minute TED Talk by transgender ex-pastor Paula Stone Williams discussing the “reality” of “mansplaining,” “sexism from men,” and “male privilege,” the professor asked the women in the class to share their thoughts. When no women in the class said anything, Ingle spoke up, challenging the professor on biology and the gender wage gap.

He told the class that the official view of biologists is that there are only two genders.

The feminist professor booted him from class and asked him not to come back. She referred him to the public university’s Academic Integrity Board (AIB). Ingle needs to complete the class to graduate at the end of the semester.

“You are barred from attending this class in accordance with the Classroom Disruption policy,” IUP Provost Timothy Moerland told Ingle in a March 2 letter.

@World's Lamest Critic: Likely, which is why I said "initial" block. The idea of 3 months block is to create a less controversial escalation when I did not feel entirely comfortable going straight to indefinite, with the entire context considered (not just the disruption itself). I am sure if they make another relatively deceiving unblock request like the previous one, myself or another administrator would opt for indefinite instead. @World's Lamest Critic: I didn't realise you were "reporting", as opposed to using these two examples as a talking point. I don't usually work with copyvio, so would you mind submitting them as a regular request on enwiki? So that someone else more qualified may deal with them in a more efficient manner.
