Valued set discussion[edit]

To start the discussion, what's the case with the cockpits? I see a single pilot cockpit and a double cockpit. Is the double cockpit something specific only for a certain variant of F-16.--MrPanyGoff 15:04, 20 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The double can be either a training aircrtaft (instructor + student), or a combat version for very specific missions, where one person could have problems coping with all the hassle. A purely training aircraft is the Norwegian F-16B, the Israeli F-16, on the other hand, is more of an attack jet. Note that behind the cockpit the F-16B is different than the F-16D. Other pics to consider[edit]

  • The good photographs in the scope are more and more with every suggestion. It becomes harder and harder ;) Let's fix the number of the images which we should include in the set. What about 8? We cannot reduce this number but at the same time as if 10 are too many.--MrPanyGoff 18:32, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Distribution of the images out of 8: Two images from different positions of landed planes + One photo of a plane just before landing or just after taking off. Three images of flying planes (in a standard position) viewed from different points. One photo of a flying plane in some loop or something. The last image to be decided subsequently when decided what we need more. What do you think?--MrPanyGoff 18:50, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
OK, and at the same time let's have planes from at least 4 countries, no more than 2 per country. Well, three from the USA maybe, cause most good pictures are of US F-16s. Łukasz Wolf Golowanow (talk) 20:50, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Take a look at the new set, please. Łukasz Wolf Golowanow (talk) 00:39, 23 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Seems ok, You can start it and will see if there is opposition. The set can be rearranged while nominated. Scope and title of the set: F-16 Fighting Falcon? Also it is good to put camera locations on every image.--MrPanyGoff 20:07, 23 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
